Julia Bennett works for a prestigious international law firm in London. On her way to meet her boyfriend after work one evening, something happens which threatens to change her entire life. She faces a nightmare of humiliation, and is subjected to some harsh treatment by a group of sexual deviants who think she is someone else; when her identity is established, her contrite captor falls for her and attempts to make amends for her appalling treatment.
But, when the police catch these criminals, her problems are far from over. Can she live a normal life again? Will her boyfriend's love for her still be strong enough, knowing that she is "soiled goods"?
And what about the woman who was the criminal gang's real target?
I write erotic romances - mostly in novella length (around 30,000 words, or the equivalent of 120 pages in a paperback), price 99 cents on Kindle.
Recent stories have been erotic romances set in U.S. law firms; I used to be the director of administration at the London office of a large U.S. law firm for many years, and there were love affairs bouncing all over the place. Needless to add, the characters in my U.S. law firm are very horny and very hot! I also write a series set in a fictional English country town of Maybourne, where there are all kinds of horny characters! I first started writing when I was eight years old, encouraged by my schoolteacher. I remember writing two long stories in that year: one about a spacewoman (that's a lady astronaut in today's parlance) and another about a girl stranded on a desert island. I wrote two pages (both sides of one sheet) every day, and they were circulated as a serial round the class. Both stories ran to around 16 episodes! Then, moving into puberty, I began experimenting with more "adult" subjects which got me into trouble with my headmaster. So I gave it a rest for a few years.... I've written historical fiction as well (based on my PhD research studies at university) and I might dig that out and publish it sometime. Other personal stuff: I'm married with two children and have grandchildren (which I don't see often enough). I've worked in several European countries, first as a secretary and then as an executive assistant, before settling in Surrey, England, when I returned to working in London. See my blog at www.rachelcray.com - regularly updated with discussion about the genre in which I write (erotic romance).
I loved it, I like my kidnap and slave books but this one... I couldn't stop reading. How the story hooks you in without knowing the details, the scenes where amazing. I would recommend this book. I'm not really a book person and my dad brought me a book on the kindle and I picked the wrong one... But I now know I made the right choice
