Books 4-6 in Legends of Abreia series

This series holds my heart. Once again, having the last three books in one volume is even better.

An action-packed, magic-fueled, fantasy romance that's packed with so much emotion from beginning to ending. The final battle for freedom and change is looming closer on the horizon. Alliances are formed. Plans are made. Sacrifices and impossible choices are around every corner. Through it all, love abounds. The love interests throughout this 6 book series focus on 3 different couples, 2 books dedicated to each couple at a time, yet tying them all together for the overall storyline. It's brilliant in its development and execution.

The characters are well-developed and show continued growth. The world building is very detailed and intricate. The plot is gripping and captivating.

"Thank you for your trust."
"I choose to trust the bonds of family, whether they are born of blood or battle."
"It is never a mistake to stand in the way of great evil. The only mistake is in becoming the evil we seek to prevent."

The next three books in this series really kicks the adventure up a notch and expands on and answers questions you may have had after reading the first three books. Here are my reviews for each of the next books:
Book Four- The Captive Throne: This a fabulous book four! The story of Princess Evaraine and Prince Danric does not disappoint and both discover their true feelings and their strength together. We also meet familiar characters and the new characters add to the enjoyment of the storyline. Plenty of dark adventure! Here comes book five when we really meet the elusive Prince:)
Book Five- The Uncrowned Prince: This is my absolute favorite book of the series! In her beautiful way, Kenley Davidson makes this story come alive with characters that become alive to you, and not just words on a page. Prince Vaniell takes your breath away with his emergence as who he truly is, and prior to that with his kindness, courage, and integrity as Niell in his hidden life. Karreya is a strong new female character who plays and will play a key role in how this all turns out. Later we meet more beloved characters from prior installments of the series and the scene is set for book six. And that epilogue-yikes! Escape from whatever you are doing and read this book!
Book Six- The Sundered Blade: Reading a final installment is like saying goodbye to dear friends, who you know you'll want to visit again. This series was exciting, heartwarming, sometimes scary, and filled with memorable characters and words that can inspire for a lifetime. Prince Vaniell is absolutely my favorite prince with all his brokenness put back together by those who love him, even though he wasn't sure they did- but we love him!!! His strength, determination and dedication to what is right proves his character over and over again. Karreya is true to herself and rewarded for that. At the heart of it all are those words spoken that make their way into our hearts, loyalty, caring, respect and commitment. And yes, the worst villain gets what he deserves! I will miss these characters but am sure that Kenley will have more in store with new adventures and worlds to entertain and inspire us!

This 'box set' includes the final three books in the Legends of Abreia series. The first included book is book four of the series which concludes the story arc of Danric and Evarine. Both characters become really grow and become stronger while on an unpredictable journey to the capital of Farhall to free Evarine's father and her kingdom from the 'bad guys' control while facing an unexpected new threat at the same time. They get plenty of help and hinderance from a range of characters, some we've met in previous books, some new.

Books five and six shift focus to Prince Vaniell and a new character with some . . . interesting . . . connections to others in the series. As "Melger" moves forward with his villainous plans Vaniell is striving to find answers that will help in the fight against him when he meets Karreya, a beautiful and deadly woman with a mission of her own. The characters race towards a final confrontation with the imposter known as Melger and with the Zulle Empire in the hope of saving Abreia from all out war. Again we are re-united with a smattering of characters from earlier books and there is plenty of adventure, mystery, intrigue and romance in this wonderful fast paced read that wraps up the series in a highly satisfying way.

I received an ARC and leave an honest review.

The first box set, The Faceless Mage, had many plot twists and unexpected turns. Yet this box set of Sundered had me so emotionally enthralled! The first chapter/ prologue starts out with discovering how sinister King Melger or King of Garimore can be. From there each prologue and epilogue of each of the books were continuously getting me more and more on the edge of my seat for the next twist the introduction of new characters presents and learning more of the previous characters of the first three
books.
I absolutely loved these books! I have been discussing them with my husband bc I needed someone to appreciate how amazing these stories were told.
All the books were clean of swearing and no sex scenes. There was one time two characters had a marriage conversation when a situation arose but the discussion was to explain they wanted a love marriage not political like they first agreed to.

And 4, 5& 6

Ok straight back in there

Again absolutely fantastic and a good end (but could be open to more ) the 4th book is the part 2 in Everaine and Danrics story and it doesn't disappoint (I love these two a lot )

Books 5 and 6 are Vaniell and Kerreyas story and let me tell you I've waited for vaniells story for ages because he just seems to cause so much trouble you can't help but love him and Kerreya is a perfect compliment to his character.

It was a bit emotional in places so I needed a good tissue and chocolate to get me through but I'm so glad these characters are so well done and fleshed out.

Again we do get a few good twists and turns right to then end

Definitely worth the read ( again glad so glad for the box sets so I can just keep on reading whoop).

I can’t believe this series is finished! 😭

I loved all of the books in this box set, but Neill’s story will always have a special place in my heart. I see a lot of him in myself, ultimately we are just trying to make the best decisions we can to help those we love.

I really enjoyed the last three Abreia books contained in Sundered because all of the story lines were tied up so nicely! I had so many questions during Leisa and Evaraine’s books and *all* of them were answered. (It’s so rare that all of my questions get neatly wrapped up, which is why this is one of my favorite series! 😂 ) My favorite was learning about Leisa’s parents. I didn’t see that twist coming! 😳 oh, and learning about mirror mages! That was super cool.

All in all, such an excellent series. I’m glad there will be more side stories in the world, because I’m already missing these characters. 💛

Perfect conclusion to this series

I really enjoyed these next three tales of the legends of Abria. These 3 clean fantasy tales really build out the world of Abria and offer fantastic character development arcs. I loved seeing Leisa and Kyrion throughout the 3 tales and how Danric and Evaraine tale continued in the first of the 3 legends. The point of view switches were masterful in that I always wanted to find out what happened next in the point of view I was reading and by the end of the next chapter I wanted to stay with that one still. The whole character arc of Niell is perfection, and those 2 books may be my favorite of the 6! They also tie the whole series together and give a satisfying conclusion to the legends!

I was so excited to read this box set after finishing the Faceless boxset! Everything about the books in this series just pull you into the story. They are epic fantasy, high adventure and fast paced. The storyline is just amazing. The characters are real and raw and so believable. You can feel their struggles and emotions through the pages. You’re pulling for the heroes to have their HEA, and for the villain to meet his demise. These books are excellent!

Elves, dragons, magical wolves!

Vaniell was broken in so many ways, but would not give up. All the people he touched along his journey had an impact he never could have imagined. Fight against true evil on more than one front. MMC and MFC are so perfect for each other, if only they can realize it. War and tradegy, but sense of humor throughout, and one scene I laughed until I cried!!

THESE BOOKS!!!!!

Grahhhh! These books are incredible! I loved -and sometimes cried over- every detail! The characters and plot are so complex and intertwined. The author is truly a genius at what she does. I can’t recommend these books enough. They are clean and pretty wholesome (if a bit gory at times). I loved these books so much. The characters became like family to me. I wish I could lose my memory so I can read them again for the first time!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the continuation of Everaine and Danric's story and Vaniell and Karreya's stories .This second volume of this series held my attention from the prologue to the last page. I have yet to decide which couple I loved more. This volume will make you laugh, cry, swoon and want to punch someone but it is all worth it.

A great ending

Sundered is the final 3 books in the legends of Abreia and it does a wonderful job telling Vaniells story. I also love how the other couples are in it as well. Definitely couldn’t put this down!
