This debut is perfection. You have blood, romance, vampires, sex, more blood and rock. What more can you ask for? Well let me tell you fated mates (created in a unique way) despite all the above reasons why should read this story is because of the romance. Heartbreak, angst, tension all down to sweet love.

Well, twist my n!pples & call me oblivious because I thought I didn’t even like paranormal romance. 🤷🏼♀️
I guess there’s just something about vampires & love triangles that make my p😻ssy salivate. 🤤💦
This is only amplified by the fact that it’s also a “rockstar romance,” and one of those sultry bloodsucking metal singers happens to be British. I have always been a fiend for a s3xy bloke with an accent, so Oliver immediately gets the upper hand for me. 🇬🇧
The other swinging d!ck in this love triangle is Chris—the tatted, tall, dark, & s3xy lead singer of the band Bloodstained Symphony. If you’re looking for a touch-her-&-☠️ MMC, ol’ boy has that shit locked tf down. 🙌🏻 He also is the most textbook cinnamon roll ever. This is a ‘he falls first’ sort of scenario… and I do mean that quite literally. (Poor tree. 🤣)
The FMC, Danica, is fiesty & full of the best snarky banter, which I loved. Dani goes through a lot emotionally from start to finish and develops a lot of trust issues. I loved the way her character developed throughout the book and the way she fought back to break free of her depression. (She definitely has a mouth on her, too, but Chris has ideas for how to manage that bratty mouth of hers. 🍆😋)
Apparently, I’m in the minority here, though, because I’m not 100% “Team Chris.”
Look, I’m the sorry sap who cries watching Cujo because that poor, giant pup isn’t really evil on the inside. It’s not even his fault he has to be murderous. The same goes for Oliver, so my love for him shouldn’t really be all that surprising. Clearly, my heart & mind work differently than a normal person’s. 😂🤷🏼♀️
Anyway, I was secretly rooting for Oli from the very beginning. I mean, give the guy a break already. The poor bloke has been through a bl00dy tough life in his short 21-years.🩸🥹
And that shed scene, omg! That was my favorite. (iykyk) 🥵 While I loved bad boy Oli & his use of the word “Pet,” the sweet, apologetic Oli would’ve had me breaking blood bonds. (Or at least asking to add a third… I mean, I am all for inclusion & the more the merrier, right? 🤔😂)
Overall, this book involving ex-lovers, fated-mates, and LOTS of bl00dshed everywhere in between made for one hell of a debut novel from Nova B. Quinn. She really knocked it outta the park with a stellar mix of mystery, suspense, plot, and—of course—lots of spice. 🌶️😮💨
And that ending had me screaming at the page, needing more. I can’t wait to see where this series goes and what is next for Dani, Chris, Oli, and the rest of the bl00dy crew. 🖤

🩸Thoughts: This is hands down one of the best vampire books I have read in years! I cannot believe it is a debut novel. It had me hooked from the dedication until the last word of the epilogue. Vampires, blood, rockstars, horror and sizzling sex woven into a paranormal tale filled with mystery and a different twist on fated mates made this an unforgettable read. I was always anxious to devour the next page. Nova’s writing is beautiful and the FMC may be broken, but her character is written with such care and depth that you can’t wait to see her come into her own. Not to mention her inner dialogue is at times hysterical! The MMC’s are both hot and you find yourself wanting to hate the villain but having second thoughts as the story unfolds. I love this book, and all I can say is I NEED more!! What are you waiting for, kitten? Put this on your TBR now!!

Where do I even begin? Divine Infection just took me on the wildest roller coaster ride of emotions I’ve ever been on. I laughed, I cried, I screamed and had to bite my fist in frustration. I’m not a huge fan of world building, but I know it has to be done, and the way Nova B. Quinn went about with the world building in this book, I loved it! There was never a dull moment, and right off of the bat within the first few pages, I was absolutely captivated. The way she was able to transport me into the book as if I was there, and the way I leeched onto these characters as if my life depended on it, whew! I undoubtedly have an unhealthy obsession with this book and the characters.
Now I’m going to go cry for the rest of the night because that last page left me feeling some type of way.

Honestly... Where do I even begin? The only reason it's not 0 stars is because the smut isn't that bad. Plot is thin, characters are annoying. Mfc is annoying. Mmc is.. Also annoying. I'm surprised I made it to the end of the book. Meant to be dual pov? Unsure. Was in one pov for the prologue, then was only fmc pov until the last two chapters and then a different mmc pov. Wasn't keen. Would've been better for different povs throughout actually.
Characters all have twin letters, think Benji& Bash, Cade& Chris, Todd& Tyler etc. Wasn't keen, felt like lazy writing to me.
I just didn't really like this book. I felt the reviews are really hyping it up and it's just.. Not that good.

Wow what a thrill! This book has all you can ask for! Love, revenge, hate, war, blood, lust, and spice of course! This dark romance has twists and turns at every corner and an ending that will have you craving more! Thank you Nova for this masterpiece!

I absolutely loved it! It was so captivating, I couldn’t stop reading. Every character drew me in, but Chris I loved him. He was incredible, so kind and patient with Danica, even when she was treating him poorly. I’m beyond excited to see where the story heads next. The wait for the next book is going to be tough!

Okay, late review for this one. The writing is why I gave it 2 stars. The plot was definitely there, but the literacy was bad!! A lot of repetition which was very annoying. The writing honestly was like reading a fanfic on wattpad, yeesh. I don’t know how people gave this book 5 stars, but with this being my first read of Novas’ work, I’m very disappointed. The story has potential, maybe having an editor next time will help!

Do you love rockstars, vampires, love triangles and saving the world from evil madmen? Then this is the book for you! Once we got past our slow burn the spice kicked into high gear and it was like I was reading a whole new book. Danica has it all until she finds her boyfriend, Oliver, in bed with another. That night, her life changes as they fight and he winds up hospitalized- only to disappear. Now he’s back and the plot has definitely thickened, clotted(?). Ends on a cliffhanger!

I could not put it down. The ending had me throwing my damn phone across the room! HOW ARE YOU GONNA END IT LIKE THAT NOVA B QUINN?! I know this book was just released but I will be ✨impatiently✨ waiting for book two.

I could not put this one down (except when the children demanded my attention) I was literally speechless after finishing this.
This one gripped me so bad, I loved every chapter and there is so much going on in each one. Dani is a badass FMC who you are absolutely going to love, Chris is one of two MMC's - yes two! Oli is the second. You'll have to read it to find out how that all turns out, along with meeting the amazing Eli, Dani's best friend.
There are still some questions, little bits and pieces I want to know, so I cannot wait until the next one to dive right back in!

OMG. Talk about vampire heaven! This one was my intro back into vampire romance, and I absolutely DEVOURED it!!!
You got an FMC who is battling some rough shit after her boyfriend disappears. But then, when she starts to live her life a little again, shit hits the fan. Her best friend Eli is so fcking adorable and we love him.
Then you have a lead singer of a band who is hot as hell, and after something big happens, he refuses to leave her alone to always make sure that she is safe and okay. (I freaking LOVE Chris!!)
And lastly, you have the ex-boyfriend who randomly reappears after being MIA for 2 years. The choas that ensues from that is what makes this book so hard to out down!!!!
The lore is also really badass. From the different powers the vampires can manifest, to the different sires, even down to the badass scenes.
And the spice. Oh, the spice, it hits beautifully!!!!
If you're a vampire lover and especially one who LOVES Queen of the Damned, this is the book for you!!!

Firstly, OH. MY. LANTA! Divine Infection was on fire and I could NOT stop reading the moment I began. It was impossible to put down when the characters kept dragging me back into this hot, suspenseful rollercoaster!
I’m in absolute awe of this book. The prologue sucked you in with curiosity and need. What an adventure. What’s better than having two guys want and crave your mind, body and soul? Oh and blood. Two absolute gorgeous and sinful vampires!

This book had everything I could’ve ever wanted. Emotion provoking plot, funny banter, memorable characters, and well written open door spice. It’s got vampires. It’s got rockstars. If you like paranormal/fantasy romance and smut and twisty plots and sexy rockstars, do yourself a favor and read this. I need the second book in this series to come out as much as I need air. This book is by far the best vampire book I have read in a while. Easily made my number one favorite! I had the privilege of to test read for this author. You can tell she took her time and poured her love into creating this masterpiece.
The story line will have you on the edge of your seat wanting more. The details in her writing will make you feel as if you were there with the characters! The spice and the story line are in perfect balance with each other. They work well to bring together the perfect and tragic love story. I will be buying every media copy of this book and all the future books for this series! I can’t wait to see where she takes it from here.

Awesome story and plot. think of vampire diaries and multiply it. a steamy love triangle, morally grey villain..... vampire gods, and history...... everything is perfect in this book.... but there is a cliffhanger at the end and I cannot wait to see what is going to happen in the next book

I had to DNF Divine Infection at around 60%. The writing was subpar, making it difficult to stay engaged. While some have described the book as ‘dark,’ I found it more laughable than compelling. She called her lover “little puppy” during sex… like seriously?!
The protagonist, Danica, felt like a poorly executed knockoff of a sad Elena Gilbert—overly dramatic, self-pitying, and perpetually consumed by her desires. Unfortunately, the story lacked depth and failed to hold my interest.

I loved this book and Nova did such a great job for her debut. I can’t wait for book 2 because the title is correct this books was addicting/ infectious. All you want is more and the plot twits and things you don’t see coming make it even more desirable. I need book 2 asap 🖤🖤🖤

Chris— he is dark yet sweet all at once. He sees her and all he wants to do is protect her. She doesn’t know it yet but he won’t ever leave her and will keep her safe always. His Kitten😏
✔️This trio goes through so much and yet chris seems like the protector and all I can think of is vampire diaries when Kathrine tells Alena it’s okay to love them both because she did 😏😏 Chris is like Stephen to me and oli is more Damon. I love them both but my toxic trait is I am rooting for Oli. lol don’t judge 🖤🖤

Espooky Mami’s ARC REVIEW 📕

This was an interesting book, I read it in one sitting. I loved both Oli and Chris but I hated Dani.
Dani gives off serious ‘pick me’ and whiny princess vibes. I was hoping for a badass female character, but she left me disappointed. Even though she does something significant at the end, it wasn’t enough to make me like her. She has some feistiness during banter and exudes dark feminine energy in the spicy scenes, but that’s about it. One of my biggest issues is her constant victim mindset. She also came across as incredibly emotionally immature and unstable. Lashing out at Chris because she refuses to acknowledge her feelings. She is extremely toxic multiple times to Chris. While we get to fall in love with Chris because of his character development, Dani lacked depth. The miscommunication trope also frustrated me, she just kept shutting people out and refusing to acknowledge things. And putting herself and everyone else at risk for selfish reasons. I wanted to grow fond of her, but she ultimately felt flat. That said, she showed more fire and power towards the end, which made me raise my rating from a 3.5 to a 4. There’s potential there, and I’m hopeful we’ll see more character growth in the next book.
I empathized with Oli’s character and hope we get a redemption arc and it becomes why choose. Chris is literally book boyfriend material. I loved them both.
The banter and tension between Dani and Chris is stunning and really what kept me interested. The spice was very vanilla for me but enjoyable nonetheless.
The plot was interesting as well although, I felt a tad predictable. But overall it was a good read. I see lots of strong bones and potential, I hoping book 2 is better and can redeem Dani and Oli for me.

Ok this book was SO good! I was not expecting to like this as much as I did. It had me in a chokehold from the first page. I didn’t want to stop reading and I was so invested.
There was never a dull moment in this book and I ate it up.
The spice was spicing! The nicknames were adorable! The villains did their job and made me so frustrated and wanting to yell and scream but I couldn’t get enough!
I just love Chris! My little puppy deserves the world he is such a cutie and he won me over immediately. He was so patient with Dani and I wish she was nicer to him on the beginning. Dani has been through so much but I loved the character development for her by the end of the book.
I am so conflicted about Oli. I want to hate him, and I do but I also don’t? Even though I love Chris I also really want a redemption for Oli!
I will be honest, typically I will stay far away from love triangles- it’s really not my thing but dang this was done so well!!
This is one of the best vampire books I’ve read in a while!
The END destroyed me!!! I need the next book!!

Before Divine Infection I did not read nor really like paranormal romance..
Well this changed my mind so fast, not only is there blood and vampires but there’s romance and rock 🎸 So many of my favorite things (lol)
Let’s talk MC’s..
Dani, Oli and Chris
Chris, the lead singer of a band and well super hot. He is very caring and protective of Dani.
Oli, the ex boyfriend who disappeared for 2 years, comes back randomly and is a completely different person..
Then there’s Dani our FMC who is really going through it after Oli disappeared, and of course as soon as her life may start again, that quickly gets shit on.. thanks Oli…
With that this one does end leaving you wanting 10x more so prepare for that.
Anyway umm maybe grab a copy and read this one like now (if you want to 👉🏻👈🏻).. that is if you love paranormal vampire rockstar romance I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

I have no idea where to start with this! I have so many emotions running through my head when it comes to Divine Infection. This book was everything that I had no clue that I needed! I mean vampires, rockstars, fated mates, and spice! I simply couldn’t have asked for more! This was such a beautifully written story that had me screaming, giggling, kicking my feet, and ripping my heart out all at the same time! I will NEVER be able to move on from this book! Danica, Oliver, and especially Chris all have such a special place in my heart! I’m pretty sure I was having heart palpitations at certain points while reading but it was all worth it!😂 I absolutely can’t wait for book 2 as this one does end on a cliffhanger!

I was completely enthralled with DI. It took me way longer to read than a book normally does just because there were so many characters and I wanted to fully emerge myself in the story.
Dani is your normal 20 something year old with a rock star boyfriend. One day she finds him in a rather precarious position then he goes missing. No one hears anything about him or from him for two years. Dani’s best friend, Elijah, talks her into going to a concert where she meets Chris. And her ex Oliver decides to make a surprise appearance. Dani discovers that Oli AND Chris are both keeping secrets from her.
This book was action packed, super spicy, and ends on a cliffy. I can’t wait for book two!
