Harper is best friends with Bella and Chelsea. The three women live together in the home Harper and her husband built shortly before he dumped her. The large house had been built to accommodate the large family Harper had planned on having. Bella and Chelsea didn't want Harper rattling alone in such a big house. Maddie, Bella's younger sister, joining them for a short stay.
It's the night of the batchelor auction. Chelsea works at the family owned luxury tourist resort. Her mother, Janelle, had started a batchelor auction originally to raise funds for the local Rural Fire Service. The first auction was single RFS volunteers. It was very successful! The Valentine Cove Bachelor Auction is now an annual event. Any single man Janelle can convince to volunteer is auctioned. This year, Chelsea is responsible for the auction.
The last time the four of them had been when they went to Canberra for a weekend after Harper signed her divorce papers. After their cocktail night, Bella had woken up in Noah's hotel room. Then he moved to town the next week. She doesn't want anyone to know she had a fling with Noah. But there's also something she doesn't remember from that night...

This is book two in the Valentine Cove Bachelor Auction series which can be read as a standalone, although I highly recommend reading book one as well. Bella has been regretting meeting Noah on a drunken night out, made only worse when he moves to her town a week later for his job as a police officer. She is giving alcohol a break and trying to resist her mum’s attempts to set her up on dates and Noah’s attempts to talk to her. At the Valentine Cove Bachelor Auction, she swaps phones with her sister Maddie so that she can interfere with Maddie’s love life, but receives the same treatment in return when Maddie wins the auction for Noah to go on a date with Bella. Noah has cared about Bella since he met her and wants to make the most of their date, and his gentle nature allows Bella to open up. Their attraction and chemistry crackle throughout the story leading to an intense and intimate first date. Recommended for readers who like their women feisty and their men caring and loving, with steam to match – this story might be short but it overflows with charm and emotion.

Winning Noah is part of the Valentine Cove Bachelor Auction series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, opposites-attract, he falls first, curvy girl gets her policeman romance. Bella is a smart, sassy, curvy, and fiercely independent salon owner. Noah is a hunky policeman. The two met one night when she was drunk, and she thinks they had a one night stand. Then, a week later, he moved to their town as the new officer, and she has done her best to avoid him. But he is not having it. When her sister bids on Noah at a bachelor's auction in Bella's name, he's determined to win her over and prove he's her happily ever after. But Bella has concrete walls around her heart. Can she let him in? These two were so cute together. I loved their teasing and flirty banter. The chemistry was hot 🔥 hot 🔥 hot 🔥 and the ending was so happy. I adored how persistent Noah was in showing her he wasn't going anywhere. This was my first book by this author but not the last. I absolutely loved it!!!.

This story was so adorable! Noah was the perfect gentleman and seemed to know just how to melt Bella. Clearly she had some hang ups and was protecting herself and I mean let’s face it, who doesn’t! But Noah was not going to let her push him away. Loved that! He was so kind, how could she refuse?! The spice was just right, although quick, it was well done and not overbearing in a short story so it complimented the story rather than being the whole story. Gotta love a happy ending,
I think my favourite thing about this book is that there was no miscommunication between the characters. When she pushed, he just came closer, he told her exactly how he felt and what he wanted without being a pushy jerk. He gave her the freedom she needed to come to him. LOVE THIS!

The Great Bachelor Auction - Round 2
It was lovely to see the Valentine Cove Bachelor Auction through a new pair of eyes in book 2 of the series.
I enjoyed understanding the dynamic between Noah and Bella better in this book as the first left me confused about where the antagonism had stemmed from.
It is a delightful read with the same meddling family members pushing for a happily ever after for Bella and Noah. Such fun.
It will be great to see where book 3 takes us and whose story it uncovers.

This is the second book in Valentine Cove Bachelor Auction series. This book made me chuckle due to Bella's awkwardness around officer Noah. Officer Noah was so sweet with Bella. The book was fast paced. Fun read. Can't wait for the next book in the series.
