Every Missing Moment: Volume Two is part of the Rebel Kings MC series by Garrett Leigh. This is a compilation of deleted scenes, out takes and bonus material from books five through eight.

A book like this is hard to review. This collection is taken from the point of views of every one of the characters I love so much. What I can say is that my heart was in my throat most of the way through. My memory is hazy from some of the books since I read them over a long period of time as each was released. But what Garrett managed to convey was the unbelievable love between these men and Orla. Not only with their spouses or partners, but for everyone in their found family, for their children. These men will lay down their lives for each other, will do anything to protect each other, and love each other in a way I can’t even fathom. Their love is just so huge, so complete!



These men have been through so much. They have all suffered physically and emotionally. They have lost people they cared about and have found their forever partners. All of this is leading up to the final book in the series that is due out in August of 2025, Forever Rebel. If you’re like me, you’ve lived right along with these men, experienced all of their ups and downs with them. I can’t even imagine what the end of the series will be like. I’m not sure if I want to.

At this point Garrett Leigh can just take my money because I will read absolutely anything they write.

This insight into what everyone else is up to in key moments from books 5-8 was just perfection. I cried, I laughed and my soul is so happy. I'm ready for Forever Rebel, yet I'm also never going to be ready to say goodbye to these amazing characters. They all feel like real people to me - just amazing characters as always.

Saint Malone has my whole heart though. He's a character I instantly loved and I would want to be best friends with if he was a real person. His hurt at Cam's actions in Divine Heart had me crying so much 🥹🥹🥹 I just love him! Cam on his knees asking for forgiveness broke me!

I'm also beyond ready for Skylar to finally tell his story. He's intrigued me since he first popped up and I can't wait to get to know him better.

I love this series so, so much (yes I'm 100% a Garrett Leigh fangirl) - enough that I'm already rearranging my bookshelf to make space for the paperbacks of this series, which is a big deal for me because I have minimal bookshelf space so it's like a hall of fame feature 😂

Love it when authors provide the goods in every possible way. It’s like Garrett Leigh can see inside her readers heads and knows exactly what they want. This was lovely, it provided so many strong extra moments, different perspectives and insight, and most importantly it wasn’t just fluff or sex scenes. These shorts genuinely furthered the plot and relationship development for multiple characters as well as getting me very keen for Skylar’s story.

This was a nice addition of outtakes from books 5-8 of the Rebel Kings MC series. I wish there had been more Decoy and Folk, and I didn’t really understand why there was a random character from Skylar’s POV since it didn’t really fit, but I enjoyed this book for the most part. Unfortunately, it didn’t answer the questions I had when reading Divine Heart.

As much as I’ll be sad to see this series end, I am definitely looking forward to Forever Rebel whenever it releases. Here’s hoping it will be another duet like some of the others in this series. (With MORE Decoy and Folk material! 🤣)

More fabulous bonus content

While I'd read some of these little sneak peeks into the lives of the Rebel Kings before, it didn't stop me from loving them all over again.

There's also some new and exclusive information not seen before and, as either book one, it's a perfect blend of the gut-punchingly brutal stuff, the laugh out loud moments and some super hot and steamy times.

I think my favourite one is still the double header about Otla, Nash & Locke and their news.

Este grupo de historias "borradas" o "extras" han resultado muy esclarecedoras para muchas de las escenas y problemas que nos ha mostrado el autor en los últimos libros. Pero también nos ha dejado muchísimas dudas sobre el futuro de los Rebel Kings ahora que, supuestamente, todos sus enemigos han desaparecido.
Que va a pasar con el (los) bebes de Orla? Y la relación entre Cam, Saint y Alexei? Que va a pasar con Ranger y Viktor? Van a quitarles los parches a los Dohertys?
Se que el autor dijo que viene un próximo libro, el último de la serie, solo espero que logre aclarar estas y otras dudas que me han quedado, y que pueda quedar uno feliz con el final.

There's not much I can say that I haven't already said about how much I love these characters. We get stories for all of them in here, and rather than serving as bonuses, they genuinely move the plots and relationships forward, setting up what is sure to be an emotional, but beautiful finale.

I could stay in the Rebel Kings world forever and be so perfectly happy. I've already warned you guys, I'm completely unobjective about this series at this stage because I just love it too much!

This particular "extras" book was actually ESSENTIAL reading this time. The first Every Missing Moment had some fun extras and I very much enjoyed it, but it didn't change anything that we had already read up to that point, but THIS ONE was essential reading. These bonus scenes filled in major gaps on what was happening with everyone else we love while certain plots were happening. This was particularly important reading for Divine Heart (#8). It answered so many questions that I had while reading, especially because we spent a very big chunk of that book away from most of our Rebel Kings.

I can't wait to do a binge reread of this series in the future.. It's just so GOOD!

This book is a must for the readers of this series, as it gives you an insight to what was happening during times in the book series when the narration was centred on other characters. It's like an extended epilogue to each of the books.

I love that it gives you a look from multiple perspectives and sometimes from the same time frame, it really helps you get into each characters head and see other characters from a differing view than their partners.

It was heartbreaking seeing the fallout from the last book as Saint went off on his own. His pain was well done even though the guy doesn't verbalise it well. I loved that he spent time with Rubi before facing the guys.

Now I want to go back and reread all the books again

Every Missing Moment: The Outtakes: Volume Two is a book full of bonus material from books 5-8 in the Rebel Kings MC series. It contains content from Reluctant Renegade, Unholy Trinity, Eternally Blessed, and Divine Heart so you absolutely must read those before starting this one. Garrett also advises that this book should be read before Forever Rebel. This book contains MM romance, MMM/poly romance, angst, found family, and all the extra Rebel Kings content a fan could want. Content warnings are available throughout the book, as there are some potentially upsetting topics and situations encountered.

A good chunk of this book (approximately 40 percent) is focused on Divine Heart content. If you've read Divine Heart, you'll know a lot of it took place on a warm, sunny island away from the Kings' compound. Every Missing Moment gives us insight into what was happening while Viktor and Ranger were away, and addresses some of the fallout from the events of Eternally Blessed. I loved this book so much, it brought me such joy. I'm so glad Garrett has written one final book for these incredible characters. Their journeys haven't been easy, and there's even more evidence of with these behind-the-scenes stories. There's also some discourse amongst the group Rubi refers to as "The Elders," especially after the rollercoaster ride that was the ending of Divine Heart and I really enjoyed seeing new sides to characters as those dynamics evolve over time. So much has happened since that hazy night at a grimy Bristol Bar, and it's almost time for the long (and hard 💔) goodbye.

I know the temptation to crack this book before you are caught up might be strong, but from one bookwh*re to another, please don't.. Read the books. Then read this.
But this.
You don't want to miss this. It's everything for fans of this series - this is for every reader who ever wanted just a bit more. For every reader who wanted to know what was going on behind closed doors. For every ready who knew the story was told but wasn't ready to let go.
Garrett Leigh also drops some seeds for the final book in this series and this is me, putting it in writing, that I'm not ready yet. There will be cameos in the next series and I will undoubtedly fall in love with every new couple Garret Leigh introduces to us, but there is something about the alchemy of the Rebel Kings that is magic for me and this collection of scenes felt like a gift for all of us who can't get enough.

I didn’t do a review for Volume One of the out-takes which I regret because I know they were a great read. This volume hit me seriously in the feels – there was so much going on in the background and I completely and utterly understand why they couldn’t be included in the stories but this whole verse is so rich that I imagine Garrett Leigh could just keep writing in it forever.

The behind the scenes of what was happening whilst the Elders was off fighting, the hospital times when we didn’t know if people would survive, the continuing tales of couples learning to be with each other – these out-takes were exactly what I needed. I love the Rebel Kings so very much and cannot imagine not re-reading these time and time again.

Fantastic addition to the whole series

I loved the extras in Volume On but these are even better, not least because this is novel length so much more to love.
Garrett has held my heart with the Kings since the first book and I have lived every moment with them. I'm dreading the series finishing, with only one book left now, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we see more of them in future series. Skylar's book is coming and I'm hoping he'll be crossing paths with them then.
These extra scenes all add weight and background to the heavy events of the stories, with no filler here, and seeing them all again was just a joy. All the couples/throuples appear and there's also some of the families too.
Forever Rebel is out in a week and it's over five hundred pages long. Can't wait!

I finished Every Missing Moment: Volume Two by @garrett_leigh in preparation for Forever Rebel, the finale of the series.
I’m so glad that I read this, we got to see the outtakes from important events that happened in the background, whilst we were focused on other character’s stories.
My heart broke when I read what happened after the events of Divine Heart. I just love them all and they’ve been through so much.
I’m so attached to these characters and I need them all to get their happily ever after and live in peace.
Do not miss this book if you are reading the series, you get some vital backstories and necessary information.
I’m ready to dive into my ARC of Forever Rebel now!

Fantastic outtakes and alternative perspectives

Ever wonder what other characters in a book are doing when they're not the focus in whatever action is going on on-page? This author has provided a second batch of scenes that answer exactly that question and more in the brilliant Rebel Kings MC world.

I really love these little vignettes. Do you *have* to read them to enjoy the series as intended! Absolutely not. But do they enrich the reading experience and provide another layer of insight into what makes these glorious characters tick? 100%!

Honestly, this finale to the series could not have been more perfect!

I have loved EVERY SINGLE one of these books and whilst I have my favourites, this was a beautiful end to the series, tears of sadness, joy and laughter. It is no small feat to bring together all the couples into one book and do each one justice top see out the series but I think Garrett Leigh has done this brilliantly.

I have loved it so much I'll likely start my re-read of the whole series fairly soon. That's how much I loved it!

I had skipped a few of the books within the series but this was still so enjoyable!! I cried *internally* seeing that Orla was pregnant and hearing about her pregnancy tangentially. I’m excited for the final goodbye and tying a bow on it all. Also, Saint will forever be my favorite character in this series

OMG !!! I was so bummed that I didnt get to read about what really happened to Embry when he nearly died. And Orla and her babies and how that panned out. These 2 Every Missing Moments filled in gaps that make it all so much more fabulous (although I really wish there was one on the birth of these Trinity babies.......) As I've said before - brilliant series - loved them all (although had to take a break after book 5 coz the violence...... oh boy.....its A- LOT). But returned to finish them off and I have no doubt I'll be tackling them again in the future. So dam good!
