This is the first book I have read by Alison Rhymes but it certainly won’t be the last. If you love second chance romances look no further than Tempest book 3 in the Seattle Blakes NHL Series.
Gavin and Odette met and fell in love when they were 18 but circumstances sent them in different directions. Fast forward 20 years and Gavin is now divorced with a grown up daughter who happens to be have found Odette as her mentor. So will this time around be any different…..one click to find out.
This is a beautifully written journey and it takes us back to the past as we get to know this wonderful couple. The characters are easy to love, the story is believable and I found myself cheering this couple on. Looking forward to more reads by this talented author.

4 Star Review Tempest (Seattle Blades #3) by Alison Rhymes
Alison Rhymes is a new author to me and I am surprised I have not read thus author before.
This was a well written second chance at love story with characters whose story drew me in.
This is Gavin Vaughn and Odette Quinn story and it was a long time coming. After Gavin married someone else Odette is wary when he wants to reconnect now that he is divorced.
Can Gavin convince Odette to take a chance once again and risk her heart? It’s obvious that they still have a connection but isn’t enough?
