Fields to Fortune is a book that takes financial planning to the next level. Froelich shares his experience in the matter, delivering a complex book that is explained simply and suited for both beginners and connoisseurs. In the first delivery, the author focuses on The Launch Sequence, the first step in the planning phase.
Overall, it was a challenging read. For a beginner like myself, it took me some time to stay on topic, but over the chapters, I found the book's true value and understood the core concepts of this strategy. Recommended for the reader who wants to start building a brighter future while eliminating uncertainty.

Starting a new project in the complexities of developing master-planned communities, I needed to understand the industry and learn the basics about it in a friendly way. My friends who are knowledgeable about the topic suggested I read “Fields to Fortune: Planning Your Bigger Future.” Carter Froelich has a lot of knowledge about the topic and experience in the industry; his writing style is easy to follow, and he managed to get my attention. After reading his book, I have understood the complexities of land development by first learning about “The Launch Sequence.” Just by this framework, I now feel more confident and ready to envision my projects. If you lack knowledge, want to give yourself more confidence, and get ready to start a new project, allow Carter Froelich to be your initial guide through this book, and you will appreciate the end result.

I have to totally admit that this book was really useful and helped me a lot with my investing dilemas. At first, I could never imagine that a book would be that useful and that provided everything that I could need to involve myself in real estate development. I really love how the author complemented this book with an amazing step by step methodology that really made the book a lot more interesting and easy to understand and implement in my life. Also, the writing style of the author was really accessible and clear, I have to admit that comprehending a book that talks about this topic for me is a total challenge, but with this book, I could comprehend everything perfectly. Overall, this book is a great help for everyone interested or looking to better understand the effective framework for planning and executing successful master-planned communities.

When a person has defined their goals and where they want to go, the next thing they should do is establish small steps that will take them little by little towards their objective, this is how they begin to plan. As author Froelich tells us, planning is about defining each step in order to achieve small goals aimed at completing a larger objective. Planning allows you to prevent problems that may arise or, failing that, to have time to solve and overcome any setback that arises outside of what is established.
In this book, this author helps the reader make the best decisions so that the planning goes according to plan. It also provides the reader with valuable tools that they can put into practice. Page after page, this book is undoubtedly a guide for easy implementation.

Great and recommended book!
I found reading this book very enlightening and useful towards my financial objectives.
The way Carter Froelich described each concept, with easy and accessibly vocabulary is very valuable and worth reading. Another thing I would like to highlight is how he used checklists in order to help the reader follow the main topics and apply them to real life.
After reading this book, I’m looking forward to read the other two from the trilogy “In the land to lots” to keep learning from this interesting and useful topic and explained by the best. I truly recommend this book for those readers who are planning to start a project or would like to set some financial plans.

It is a springboard for my business
I am starting in the real estate world, to have my own business and to try to mature it. The book, although I have seen that it also works for people who have a lot of experience in the market, it is also very useful for anyone who is in my situation, because it gives you a clear structure of how you should be operating and if not, implement it as soon as possible. I liked it a lot because the language is clear and simplified, it allowed me to understand many concepts that I already had gaps in my mind when I was in this big business world. I must congratulate the author and thank him, because it also gives a boost to those of us who are just starting to operate. I loved it.

This book is a real gem addressed to readers who want to plan a better future. The good news is that he describes these processes in a highly insightful and accessible way. Page after page, I could find that this piece of work is written in an understandable language so beginners can also enjoy it without feeling lost or overwhelmed.

What a great book!
I have definitely read many books about the real estate market but none as clear and effective as this guide.
From the beginning, the author shares his experience in creating effective project plans and how to conceptualize projects with a clear vision.
What I liked most about this read is that the book explains how to customize a flexible financial plan that fits the real estate market and how to communicate it in a way that is most effective for all parties.
This book really gave me the resources I needed to start getting more organized in my real estate projects, minimizing risks and taking advantage of opportunities!
