There is an instant protect and love Tommy has for Hazel the second he sees her. He was never the committed type. He always told other women he’s not looking for anything permanent. That was until the second he saw Hazel walking by with tears in her eyes. This book does end on a cliffhanger.
As much as I enjoyed this book I do wish this book was more in depth. Not much conversations in the book. It’s just the character saying what what said and done, then it jumps to another scene. I don’t know much about Tommy other than his job and about his family. Don’t know his age or what he looks like. Same goes for Hazel, I didn’t catch on to what happened to her family and how she ended up in the circus. I didn’t know there was a book previous to this with two of the characters in the book, maybe it explains my questions in there. I do wish the book was longer. It’s a quick read. I can’t wait for the next book.

This was my first read from this author and it was a short read but you could feel how much the characters loved one another and that the MMC would do anything for the FMC.

Book two in The Desired Series. Tommy will do anything for Hazel. The twist in this story may help if u need book one. Hazel loves and she loves hard. She will do anything to protect does she cares.

This book paired well with Suspended Desires! Tommy and Hazel’s love story is definitely spell binding and burns from the beginning!! Hazel’s story differs from Willows story and it is great to read about the best friends and their love stories and see the differences in their relationships. Definitely recommend! I love how all the books tie into each other!!

Book 2 in the Desired series, a reasonably short and fast paced read. Tommy and Hazel's story is undeniably cute, but the thing that stands out the most in this series is the friendships! This one is full of twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat. And the spice - perfection!

I cannot believe it has taken me this long to get into this trilogy. Shar Stevens has created such a heart warming masterpiece that had me giggling and swooning, and just wanting to jump inside these pages.
Submerged Desires is the second book in The Desired series by Australian Indie Author Shar Stevens. The story is based in Perth and follows along a similar timeline as the first book, while also continuing the story along.
It follows our MMC, Tommy, as he falls instantly in love with our FMC, Hazel, when he first lays eyes on her. Tommy didn’t even know her name but he knew she was to be his.
I absolutely devoured Submerged Desires, and highly recommend that you pick up book one - Suspended Desires - of this trilogy, yesterday! It is now a completed series, so you can binge read it to your hearts content.

Submerged Desires ( The Desired Series Book 2 ) Have you ever come across a book or a series that just hooked you from the very first installment in a way no other has for a very long time ? That you found yourself not only falling completely in love with from the very first page but had the ability to make you feel so many different emotions you never saw coming? Everything from being speechless, to actually screaming outta pure frustration, to then smiling, even laughing, sobbing and rooting so freaking hard . That made you feel like you didn’t know what way was up and what way was down !!!Kinda like being on the craziest ride at the amusement park !!! you know that feeling you get in your stomach from being excited and nervous at the same time - the anticipation of whats to come next ? Well this may only be the second book In this incredible series but it just did all of the above in spades . And I know without a doubt it will quickly become a new obsession of mine . From the second Tommy saw Hazel everything changed . Of course the chemistry and connection was instant sparks literally flew . But Tommy has never been the committed type of guy he has no plans for anything serious. So why does he feel so protective of Hazel , why does she stir so many feelings he cannot explain? Well your just going to have to read this amazing journey for yourself to find out ? Because honestly words cannot do it enough justice . Prepare yourself for all the feels , prepare yourself for the unexpected and prepare yourself for a very late night of reading . Submerged Desires is book two of The Desired Series.
This book plays off of the events of book one a lot, so reading the first one would be helpful, but not fully necessary as you won't get completely lost. There are a lot of twists and turns in this story. We really see how deeply the affection Tommy has for Hazel goes. He is willing to do a lot to protect her. On the other hand, she is also willing to do the things which no one else is willing to do to ensure the people she loves are safe and protected.
This was a shorter quicker read but it was filled with a lot of story.

After I finish reading book one I had to rush to book two! I was not let down! This was just as incredible good! The found family is the for front to me. They was all the characters have found their own family in each other is so incredible sweet. Then you have the spice, next level! I'm looking forward to book 3!
