Who are Britt and Karli? Why is Karli with Mrs. Neely? Who is Silas, and what does he do for a living? I loved Britt's disbelief when Silas asked her to go out somewhere on a Thursday! That was so funny to me. The shock in her tone and the tiny bit of snark in his. What happens with Karli one night? How does she meet Silas? What does Silas do when a father shows up with a sick baby? What happens when Britt sees Dakota and Tara at the store has me chuckling. Read and see why!

This is a well written book with strong characters in Silas, Britt and her daughter Karli. The author brings them together with an insta love filled with emotions, humor, a fun banter and love. She moves the story fluidly with her perfectly painted scenes and delivers an entertaining small town romance.

This is book six in The Bellehaven Hotties series and it is Britt and Silas story and it is definitely a must read. Britt had gone through a painful divorce after her husband who was scum constantly cheated on her and spent no time with there daughter Karli so now she is a single mom and even though things were difficult at times her daughter Karli was her whole world but Britt had a amazing dad who was always there to help and support both of them so now Britt had big trust issues when it came to men so when she steps on a toy car and falls down the stairs and ends up in the ED with a broken leg it is Silas who is there to help her. Silas ad worked hard to become a doctor while also helping his parents on the family farm and when Britt comes in to the hospital after falling down the stairs it is Silas that treats her because they have known each other for years. The attraction and chemistry between Britt and Silas is so strong and the more time that they spend together the harder it is to be denied but Britt had gone through so much heartbreak in her life and with trust being a big issue Silas realised that he will have to be patient if he wants to be with her. The feelings between Britt and Silas grows quickly and there relationship had many ups and downs and was definitely not plain sailing until something happened that made them both realise that they really wanted to be together and Silas was determined to show Britt just how much she means to him and he was not like her ex husband because Silas wanted a future with her and Karli and also wanted them to become a family together. This really was a beautiful and emotional read and my heart broke with everything that Britt and Karli had been through and I am so glad that Britt eventually gave Silas a chance so that they could get the happy ending that they all deserved. I absolutely loved this book and I read it in one sitting because I just couldn’t put it down because the story pulled you in and kept your attention throughout. Laramie and Chasity are amazing authors and writers and I can’t wait to read more of there books in the future because there books are definitely worth reading.

she needs is a broken leg but the universe needs to put her in the ER so she can meet Silas. He is a doctor that is finally ready to settle down but he hasn’t met the right woman yet. He is immediately Britt is a stressed-out single mom trying her best to raise her daughter on her own. The last thing attracted to Britt and knows that he wants to pursue a relationship with her. Will they find lasting love or will the pressures of life pull them apart?
I thought at first that this was going to be the typical single mom but she’s superwoman type story but instead Britt feels real with the way she is depicted. I even like how her relationship with her ex-husband was slowly revealed. I can understand why Silas pursued Britt. Silas is a dream date and an amazing catch for any woman. I like that he was sensitive to the fact that Britt had extra stresses in her life that she had to deal with in order to have a relationship with him. I thought that Britt and Silas made a good match in the end.
I was a little confused by Britt’s leg injury. It’s not a deal breaker but it was initially described as a clean bone break but then she needed to have surgery and stay in the hospital for days. Maybe there’s something about that sort of bone break that I don’t know but I’ve never known anyone that had both of those things. I am also confused by the use of the word apartment and all of them having stairs. I am assuming that it just a difference in how people in my area refer to certain types of properties as compared to where the author lives.
This is a contemporary love story. This is a story between two adults with careers and lives apart from one another. This has a happily ever after ending that will melt your heart. I will read more from this author in the future.

I loved this single mom romance! Britt is a devoted single mom of an adorable six year old daughter, Karli. She meets Silas, an ER doctor, when she breaks her leg. Even heavily medicated she notices the hot doctor, but her ex destroyed her trust in all men other than her Dad who has always been her rock. Silas is attracted to Britt too, but he won’t get involved with a patient. They meet again a few months later when her daughter is brought into the ER. Even knowing she is a single mom, he asks for her number. She agrees to go out with him and they really make a connection. There are lots of sparks and passion between them too, but an incident with her ex brings all her trust issues back to the forefront. Britt tries to put distance between them, in order to protect her heart and, most importantly, her daughter’s. Young Karli’s father has already let her down repeatedly and broken her heart. Britt is afraid that it will happen again with Silas. He is already in love with Britt and little Karli has found a place in his heart too. Now Silas is determined to show Britt that he is all in, can be counted on to treasure them both, and to put them first. It won’t be easy, but love is worth fighting for.
It was impossible not to fall for Britt and Silas. Little Karli is an adorable, chatty firecracker that easily won Silas’s heart and mine. Her father may be a disappointment, but Silas will show her that she is loved just as she is and will be there to support her. I will wholeheartedly recommend this engaging and endearing book.

I love a good dark romance, but sometimes, I need a story with “real” people that reminds me love doesn’t have to be all doom and gloom. This book gave me just that. When Britt breaks her leg, she meets Silas, the ER doctor who not only patches her up, but might just be the person to heal her heart too. From the moment he appears, Silas shines as a genuinely kind, steady, and sincere guy—a refreshing contrast to the man Britt once married and later divorced. Silas is everything Britt’s ex never was: trustworthy, transparent, and, most importantly, deeply caring. While her ex had a habit of breaking promises, especially to their daughter Karli, Silas proves himself to be a man of his word, a man you could depend on. His patience with Britt and his genuine warmth toward Karli only made me root for them more. What I adored most about Silas was how fully he invested in Britt from the start. He’s a man who doesn’t hold back, willing to put his heart on the line, yet wise enough to give her the space she needs to process their growing connection. Silas respects her past and understands her hesitation, gently guiding her toward trust without any pressure. Eventually, Britt comes to realize what Silas has been offering all along: a love that’s steadfast and a family she can count on. Healing more than a broken leg.
Britt trips on a toy and ends up in the hospital with a broken leg. She doesn't remember much about being in emergency except for the pain, and the doctor's blue eyes. And when he asks her out a few months later, she doesn't mind at all. He could be fun.
Silas, otherwise known as Hot Doc, is totally taken with Britt. She's strong and independent, funny, though a bit of a clutz, and fiercely protective of her little girl. And gorgeous. She gets under his skin, and he can't help asking her out when the opportunity arises months later.
Britt has been hurt pretty bad. Her ex is a self centered man-child who doesn't care how much he's hurt her or their daughter.
But Silas is sweet and kind. She doesn't know how to react to a guy who is present, let alone caring and thoughtful. It's overwhelming. She just feels like it's all going to go away.
Can he convince her that he means what he says? That he'll be there for her, and he wants it all with her?
This was a really good story. There were fun, flirty times, but also plenty of drama with Britt's ex and his new family. Britt was pulled in so many different directions. She was overwhelmed, but she was just trying to put her daughter first.
I couldn't put it down! This was a great addition to the series, and I can't wait for the next one!

I loved everything about this book, the genuine characters, the heartfelt writing of the story, which kept me turning the pages until the very end. A bit shorter story, but so truly satisfying that it left me eagerly awaiting the next story in this outstanding and thoughtful series. When Britt falls down the stairs, she may have just gotten a chance to meet the first man, other than her father, who she can completely trust. Dr. Silas Black is on duty that night and feels a strong connection to his patient, but will he ever see her again? When Karli, her daughter is ill, a rush to the emergency room reacquaints her with Silas. As they strike up a friendship, is it too soon for her after the disappointment of her first marriage and Karli’s father who has turned his back on his daughter. As she pushes Silas away, has she lost her chance at a future with someone who will truly love her? A beautiful love story! It’s official. The authors have, yet again, managed to provide me with a book that I loved even more than the previous ones. And considering how much I’ve loved everything else in this series, that’s really saying something. With a fierce single mama bear, a sweet hot doc who falls first, and a community that has their backs every step of the way. I adored Britt and Silas. I loved watching them get to know one another and fall in love. It hurt my heart to see the destruction Britt’s ex left in his wake and how badly it had hurt Britt and their daughter. But I swooned to see the quiet, gentle way Silas showed he’d be there for them; to love and support and defend them come what may. And now I’m already desperate to get my hands on the next book after the teaser that closed this one out.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED Heal Me One Night so much! Britt had a baby with a terrible husband whom she's now divorced from & is raising her adorable daughter on her own. She comes face to face with a super hot ER doctor after a silly accident has her in the emergency room. Silas is drawn to Britt from the jump & he's going to do whatever it takes to make her his so I couldn't have loved him anymore if I tried. The sparks are definitely flying between them, and while those sparks are igniting, there are some truly laugh out loud moments that still have me giggling a bit thinking about it. He's the perfect man for her & her cutie daughter, and he's there for them unlike her loser ex so yeah, again I'm #TEAMSILAS all the way. This is a sweet with heat story that left a big smile on my face so I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After what Britt and her daughter Karli have been through when it comes to her ex her need to protect their hearts are understandable. She meets Silas when he treats her after a fall in her home and the connection between them is immediate and intense, but she isn’t certain she can trust him or herself.
Silas is drawn to Britt from their first meeting however he also knows she has been hurt in the past.
He is understanding while letting her set the pace as he shows her that she and Karli can count on him to always be there for them.

Great addition to the series. I love this writing team!
We met Britt in the last book when her father found love. Britt and Hot Dr. Silas met when she came into the ER after breaking her leg. He is attracted to her and treats her how she has never been treated before from her dead-beat ex-husband. She is now a single mama to a cute, energetic little girl that misses her father and doesn’t understand how he is no longer interested in seeing her since he now has a new family. Silas wants to be there for them both and he shows them with his actions and words how special they are.
This book hit all the tropes I like reading, single parent, hot Doctor and small-town romance with great characters. Definitely worth reading, you will not be disappointed.

Another great addition to the Bellehaven Hotties series.
Britt has been hurt and has a lot of walls up around her heart. Her heart is only open to her father and her little girl. When she ends up in the ER due to a fall, her world is shifted. When she sees the doctor that cared for her in the ER a bit later, she finds that she's interested in someone again, but will she be able to open her heart and let him in?
Silas is tired of being alone and is looking for something a bit more permanent. He has a full life with his job and working on his family farm when can, but he wants more. He wants to share his life with someone and when he sees Britt in the ER his interest is piqued. He's willing to wait for her to see that he's not her ex and that there are good men in the world.

An enjoyable single mum romance and a lovely continuation of the wider series.
We saw a little of Rangers daughter in the last book and this is her story. Done dirty by her ex, she is surviving and suspicious of men.
After an accident and accidental meet cute she meets back up with her doctor and they start seeing each other.
I loved how this relationship built up and how the fact Britt was a single mum wasn’t ever glossed over and how bringing Silas into her kids life wasn’t rushed.
Hot and angsty at times, this is a great read.

So good! I have read and enjoyed the other novels in this series. This novel did not disappoint. I was excited to jump back into this series and I was not disappointed. I loved Britt and Silas's novel. Britt has been thru so much with her ex-husband and becoming a single mom. She has real trust issues. I loved the chemistry between Silas and Britt. I loved watching their walls and defenses come down with each other. I loved watching them fall in love. So good! Once I started reading I needed to know what was happening next. I can hardly wait to see what this series has coming next.

Britt and Silas met when she came to the hospital after she broke her leg. The connection was there from the get go but after being disappointed by her ex, she wants to have a situation-ship with him. And being friend with benefits works just fine until feelings get in the way.
But Britt is having issues because she has more than herself to think about. Her daughter deserves more and after finally letting go off her past, she realizes that Silas is the right man for the job.
The story was fast paced, sweet and swoon in all the right places. These two were adorable and i can't wait for the next installment in the series.

This is another installment in the Bellehaven Hotties series. We have here single mother FMC with some (understandable) doubts about dating, protective doctor MMC, some meddling small town vibes and a cute little daughter of the FMC.
However, what is missing for me, are some kinds of descriptions of the main characters, other than Silas' blue eyes and that he's taller than Dakota (Britt's ex). I know some reader prefer when the looks are rather left to imagination, but for me it's easier to immerse in the story when I'm given something.

If you read, One Lonely O' Night, then you know that Britt is Ranger's daughter and a single mom.
I think this is insta-love in slow motion. 🫠 Britt was burned badly by her ex. Will Silas be judged by her ex's actions? Silas is all in. Britt has trust issues. The dynamics of their relationship kept the pages turning.
Have read all the books in this series and every one has a different story line, but oh so good.
Looking forward to the next one in the series.

Britt has an accident with the toy and she tumbles down the stairs and breaks her leg. Ranger (One Lonely Ol' Night) her father came to town to take care of her. She gets fixed up by a hot ER doctor, Silas. He is hot and funny but she is newly divorced and not looking.
Months later, Silas has not been able to get her out of his head, he asks her out. She just wants a hookup, he is looking for a whole lot more, but he can be patient.
I really like Silas he did not give up no matter how much Britt pulls back. Will she ever be able to take a chance?

This is book six in the Bellhaven Hotties series. Britt meets Silas when she falls down the stairs and breaks her leg and he’s her ER doctor.
This reads more like an instant love book; even though Britt is gun shy because of her ex-husband and initially pushes Silas away, eventually they get back together and the I Love Yous are quick to come.
Silas is a great guy and is all in from the start so it’s pretty much a guy falls first book. Love how he wanted to take care of Britt and her daughter Karli. He was really sweet.
This reads more like an instant love book; even though Britt is gun shy because of her ex-husband and initially pushes Silas away, eventually they get back together and the I Love Yous are quick to come.

The clumsy cutie, Britt meets the hot doc Silas in the ER, after falling down stairs and breaking her leg. A single mother to Karli, with disappointment and disappointing no good ex husband in the background. A hard working MD, exhausted at times, farm grown and spare time working, is interested and his intentions are becoming clearer.
The relationship develops quickly ( but it is a novella) and there is humour between the couple. Can Britt trust him and in him enough not to hurt her and Karli? Certainly looks that way.

This is the sixth book in the Bellhaven Hotties series and Silas & Britt’s story. They first met when Britt was brought into the ER. Months later she runs into him at the hospital and there is an attraction between the two of them and he asks for her phone number. There is great chemistry between them but she starts to put up walls because of the issues with her ex. Silas realizes that there is something special between them and decides he’s going to show her that she and her daughter can depend on his. This was a great addition to the series and can’t wait to see what’s next for the series.

Britt meets Dr. Blake in E.R. after she slips on a toy and falls down the stairs. A chance meeting months later and shows us the chemistry they have together. Britt has some baggage from a prior relationship with her daughter's dad. Silas wants her but she wants to take things slow. Will he have the patience to wait for her and put in the work to make it real? I liked their story and have enjoyed this series so far. Looking forward to the next one.

I recommend this book. The first from these authors. I loved it so much that I will be getting others in this series and more.
