Finally back home in the Sapphire Ward, Tessa faces off against the ticking clock to rescue her favorite
delinquents. But when Queen Rienna of Radiance stomps on her rescue plans, she is stranded in a place
she used to call home. Shocked by a devastating secret from her muddled past, Tessa grapples with a
deadly choice: is she willing to sacrifice everything for love?

Tessa of the Sapphire Ward always thought she’d die young, never imagining she would find people to
live for. Tessa of the Labyrinth has far more to lose, and the Underground can’t come to her rescue. Her
battle awaits deep in the tangled knots of her memory as she is dragged into a fight she may never return
from.

But she isn’t going down alone. She has one hand to hold.

WOW. That’s all I have to say about this book. It was completely different than I imagined but in the best way! I was so ready to finish this series and I absolutely loved the conclusion! But don’t be fooled, there was plenty of heartbreak as well.

There are definitely parts I wish hadn’t happened, but it didn’t feel senseless and unnecessary. I understand why things had to happen and how it added to the story. But that doesn’t mean it didn’t make me cry. And I rarely cry while reading!

On a lighter note, I love how consistently hilarious these characters are! The banter between Tessa and Zari alone is amazing! It added a nice balance to all the depressing stuff.

Overall, it was awesome to see all my favorite characters again, and to see them finally get an ending, and I love how mc pending played out the last book, the pacing was great and I was constantly on my toes! Definitely go read this book! You won’t be disappointed!

🛑🛑WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD🛑🛑

Okay firstly…

BECK!!! WHYYYYY!! My heart is BROKEN!! And the shore short story?!?! At this point mc pending is just trying to torture us!!

But the epilogue 2 was so good! I love a good happy ending! I’m so happy Tessa and Ayden got their happy ending!

And I DEFINITELY wouldn’t be opposed to a prequel book about a certain 3 young girls trapped in the original labyrinth🫢

I just want to start by saying, I loved Untouchable and Untamable. Untouchable was my favorite book for a long time running because it had realistic teenagers, strong characters and development, and a uniqueness that didn’t make it blur into other dystopian books. (Not to mention it hit all those feels). I looked forward to Unforgettable for a long time, but it unfortunately didn’t entertain or shock me. It didn’t keep me hooked and reading like the other books in the trilogy did, no matter how much I tried.
One of my biggest problems, was that for the first half of the book, the characters felt flat. Almost like the author forgot how to write them. Then once there was a solid ground for the characters again, it only seemed to focus on two, which I didn’t mind too much because I love the romance, but it got to a point where I wished we could see more of what the other characters were doing instead of diving so deep into this romance.
And unfortunately, by the end, it turned into every other dystopian battle plan. The climax had me a bit bored and unsatisfied, but hey, I guess every dystopian has to overthrow something. It’s alright.
I did love the characters once MC got into the swing of writing them again and the ending was cute. Tessa and Nurse deserve the happiness (and I am cheering Zari and Krystal on~come on, guys). I still love Untouchable even if Unforgettable didn’t live up to… whatever I had in mind? I don’t even know what I was thinking at the time. But I will definitely be rereading Untouchable with the knowledge I now know of the Labyrinth. That’ll be fun.
Thanks for the wild ride, MC, and getting me into the indie author world.

The perfect ending to the best dystopian trilogy everrrrrrR AHHHH

There was not a single second that I wanted to put the book down. I adore MC Pending’s narration style —uh sorry, I mean Tessa’s inner monologue (gotta give Tessa the credit or she might hurt me…?) The balance of chaotic and funny and sappy, etc etc etc. i will begrudgingly admit that MC Pending is funnier than me (kidding about the begrudging)

The plot twists in this book were glorious. So many things caught me off guard (in the best way).

I will be crying forever (no spoilers tho)

Uhhh what else

Um literally all of these characters are amazing. Except Queen Runny Nose and Donkeyhead. And Pickle Nose. And the other guy I don’t remember. But
the only reason they’re not amazing is because they’re horrible. What was I trying to say. They’re well written.

Also. Nahira is an absolute legend. She’s like the Echo Reuter of the Untouchable trilogy. Or Echo is the Nahira of The Unanswered Questions? I digress. Zari is an idiot. I love him so much. I should probably not turn this into me listing every Noforgetty character because they’re amazing. But anyway, Tessa and Nurse—HEHEHEHE they’re so dumb (affectionate) I love them (they’re not actually dumb) (I still love them)

anyway. if you love found family you will love this series. If you want hopeful dystopian (is that a thing? Is this that? Yes sure it is now HAHAHA) you will love this series. Pls just read the Notouchy series. You will learn about using fruit as a weapon and possibly plans involving refrigerators. Maybe. Probably.

I've been putting off reading this book for a long time because I was terrified of how M.C. Pending would let it all end. I grew too attached to the characters and didn't want anything bad to happen to them. Curiosity won in the end and though it is now one of the few books that made me shake and sob uncontrollably (warning you all of the final epilogue). I'm so glad I read it.
I absolutely adore M.C. Pending's humor. It is so chaotic and hilarious that the majority of the book had me smiling and laughing. Tessa is an iconic main character who is very aware of her own flaws and I loved the conclusion her character arc came to. Ayden still has my heart. Nothing changed there.
The entire family/friendship dynamic was so wholesome and messy and these characters will stay with me for a long time, if not forever.

Somehow, Unforgettable just didn’t have the same vibe as Untouchable and Untamable. I never felt as entertained as I did with the previous two. I still liked it, but I feel like some of the charm was missing, and the characters also did not feel completely like themselves (that may just be me). This is a little disappointing considering it’s the end to the trilogy—however, I honestly can’t think of how else the author could have done it, and so I’m not going to judge too hard. I also think I didn’t love it because something rather sad occurred in the book and it affected the rest of the story as a grim undertone. But still. The ending was satisfying and cute, albeit bittersweet.
As a whole, this series is a fun, unique one and I would recommend it!
