Leo is constantly getting photographed doing things he shouldn’t. Like multiple alphas at the same time, for instance. In a room full of other people.

The scandals are adding up, and his agent isn’t happy.

When he almost loses the lead role in a high budget film because of his wild behavior, he’s given an settle down with a boring alpha to clean up his image, or his agent won’t represent him anymore.

The problem is finding a respectable alpha who will have him. That’s where the Perfect Match Agency comes in. They promise to match him with an upstanding member of society in exchange for a little publicity.

Leo doesn’t expect to like the guy. He certainly doesn’t expect to be so drawn in by him that he goes into heat early.

But Leo has always been a little wild…

Perfect Match Springtime is a multi-author gay romance series. The stories are non-shifter omegaverse, with high heat and low angst. Male pregnancy is possible in the world, but it doesn’t happen in this particular romance. Each individual book can be read as a standalone, features a new couple, and a satisfying happily ever after. Wild Match is the fifth book in the new series, and has a sweet nerd, an unexpected rut/heat, and a glamorous movie star who finally finds a good man.

This was a sweet final installment to this series. Loving parents who are also happy to adopt omega who is estranged from his parents into their life.

He sets me down in the pile of blankets I collected on the couch. 'This is a nice little nest.' Something primal within me likes his compliment. I wriggle my body underneath one of the blankets - not because I'm hot, but because it makes me feel safe." p. 79

Leo is told by his agent that if he doesn’t cool it with his wild ways then he needs to find new representation. He suggests Perfect Match Agency.

Steve signs up with Perfect Match Agency because his dads keep telling him he needs some companionship.

This book is a sweet, sexy, quick read. Low angst and LOTS of sexy times made this a delightful book to read. I do wish we could have had a bit more non heat/rut time between the MCs as I think it would have given the relationship a bit more depth.

Opposites attract in this story. Well, and perfectly matched pheromones, lol. Sometimes it’s nice to have everything run smoothly in a relationship, and if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll find it with this one. 🤗

Here's Amy Bellow's "Wild Match." It's the fifth and final novel in a new multi-author series called "Perfect Match Agency: Springtime."

This book was so freaking cute!!! Like I need to add Amy to my to-binge list cute! I need to read her other things, but I also NEED to know the backstory and future of the other characters in this novel. Each and every one of them were so full and wonderful (and nerdy as hell).

I looooved Leo and Steve. They were perfect for each other. They accepted each other's fault (and self-doubts) and embraced each other's dreams. They talked and talked and got to know each other and each other's needs/wants. They were respectful as hell, which, just like competency, shouldn't be as wildly attractive as it is, but that's the state of romance for you these days. ;)

This was a nice ready in between murder mysteries (which I have multiple started) and dark romances (which I also have multiple started). And it was a nice excuse to continue to ignore ALL of the books I have half-started around here.

1st person, present tense, dual POV.

Leo Sanders, omega (27), actor
Steve Hansen, alpha (27), accountant

I'm a fan of Amy Bellows writing which is initially how I got turned onto the Perfect Match Agency book series. I've read the previous books of this season but they absolutely stand alone, which is nice as sometimes you don't want to dive into a whole big complicated thing. I've enjoyed the series so much that they've kind of become my unofficial bath time books because they perfectly pair with a steamy bubble bath and bottle of wine.

This was a quick and uncomplicated read, fairly heavy on the insta- and sex (I mean what do you expect with a 92% compatibility rating), which is basically what this series promises to deliver to its readers; low plot all vibes. Pretty much half the book is sexy fun times, which is what I signed up for, so I was pretty happy, especially with the caretaking incorporated into the scenes - Steve is just the sweetest.

I've gotta be honest, poor Leo didn't seem all that wild, he seemed more aimless and like a victim of poor circumstances; I wish there had been a smidge more character/personal development for him and maybe a little justice for the terrible treatment he received from certain people. I adored Steve's friends, dads, and cat but they consume a fair amount of page count for the length of the book. I guess if I'm going to quibble it would have been nice for some tension to need to be overcome. A lot of potential obstacles for the couple were brought up and dealt with almost before they became a problem which undermines the relationship building between the couple in my opinion, overcoming things makes them stronger.

If you're a fan of Omegaverse in general, the Perfect Match Agency specifically, and the synopsis appeals to you then you will enjoy this quick, enjoyable story. I will say if you've come because you love Amy Bellows' nesting scenes adjust your expectations.

Actor Leo is constantly getting photographed doing things he shouldn’t. Like multiple alphas at the same time, for instance. In a room full of other people. The scandals are adding up, and his agent isn’t happy. When he almost loses the lead role in a high-budget film because of his wild behaviour, he’s given an ultimatum: settle down with a boring alpha to clean up his image, or his agent won’t represent him anymore. The problem is finding a respectable alpha who will have him. That’s where the Perfect Match Agency comes in. They promise to match him with an upstanding member of society in exchange for a little publicity.

I liked alpha Steve and his parents were fun but Leo was a little harder to like and Steve's friends (and there was a lot about them) were all mad and deserved a set of books of their own. I do like the concept of the Perfect Match agency but this felt like a bit too much about some of the players and not enough about Steve and Leo and what they did next (especially as the epilogue was years later and yet they hadn't moved forward much. I also feel like the mention of Leo's parents in the epilogue was a loose end that could have been explored more. Easy to read. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with mention of mpreg.

3.5 rounded up. The rules of the universe in this book seemed to not quite equal the rules in the other books. Only mention of one knot, a lot more lucidity during ruts and heats. Leo does mention that his heats are a little different than others, but it doesn’t quite add up. I really liked Steve’s friends and wish they had a series. It’s a good thing the author clarified that Steve was named after Captain America, because wow. What a name for a MC in 2024. She also throws in a “transgender alpha” in the epilogue with literally zero explanation. There aren’t females in this universe, and I don’t think there are betas, so it’s an omega who’s now an alpha? Made it more interesting that it’s the only friend who’s married and has kids in the friend group. I immediately have several questions and not even about the MCs. Also includes a very lengthy discussion in the epilogue about two of the friends in the group getting married in secret. Just another side plot that was just thrown in there. Also was maybe implied that the two were alphas? Lots of loose ends!

Tropes: matchmaker, fated mates, celebrity - actor, epilogue wedding & pregnancy

This was a lovely quick read, filled with humor and heart. I’ve enjoyed all the books I’ve read in this series and Wild Match is an excellent addition. The main characters are perfect opposites, the famous actor and the nerdy accountant. I loved the mix of fated mates and intention. While Leo and Steve definitely feel the instant fated mates pull they still move forward with purpose, not wanting to rush or skip any important steps. This was a lovely read, a wonderful lesson that beautiful things can happen if you can be brave enough to risk taking another chance. Loved it a lot.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

So cute… and of course Steamy

I absolutely loved Leo and Steve so much! All of the Perfect Match Agency books are pretty quick to relationships, but with the main characters having such high compatibility it makes sense. I love that Amy didn’t have them fall in love right away and that the characters wanted time to let their relationship grow and develop. I laughed so much and even teared up at some points. I loved that Steve and his family were such nerds and that Leo loved him for him. I highly recommend this book and would absolutely love if Amy has more stories about Steve’s friends!

Leo is an A list omega movie star who tends to get in trouble in the public eye.
His agent insists he use a matchmaking agency to find him an acceptable alpha and play along for the public.
Steve is a great alpha who seems happy with his life, family and friends.
Both are actually seeking their perfect match, someone who understands and accepts them as they are, flaws and all.
The agency match is a high probability for them and it shows immediately when they can't seem to keep their hands off each other.
Together they forget a connection that allows them to safely explore their fantasies together.
I also enjoyed the laughs and found family aspect.

This was a great story with lots of feels and some very nice spice. This was such a fun story that I just wish it was longer! I hope we get to see some of Steve's friends as well. They were such a fun bunch of people and I loved how they took to Leo. Poor Leo was never able to develop close relationships and the relationship with his parents is strained as well. Steve was incredibly sweet even during his rut and I loved the way he took care of Leo during his heat. This was a very cute story and fit in perfectly in the series!

Great premise. An actor needs a very public and stable relationship as a means of damage control if he wants to salvage his career. But after meeting normal, boring Steve he realizes how done with Hollywood he is and is ready for something more real.
Unfortunately, 90% of this book is omega- alpha heat/rut. And while hot, I was really desperate for more wholesome scenes. A first date. Game night with Steve's friends. I just wanted so much more outside the bedroom. Or in this case bedroom, ladder, floor, shower, couch, and kitchen.

Can a boring accountant game a wild actor? Uh, yeah!

Amy Bellows has done it again. This book is all I hoped for. The characters are so alive it is easy to visualize them. Leo and Steve are perfect together. Their chemistry is off the charts hot. But it's their souls that seal the deal and lead them to HEA. Expect the unexpected. Come on... brighten your day. Get this book! Read it in one go. Don't put it down till it's done. You are gonna love it!

Beautiful story

Sometimes its nice to read different things outside of your normal and I haven't read an Omegaverse story in a long while. I adored Steve and his nerdy friends and goofy parents. They were all so awesome! Leo was sweet and I liked how free he was. Alpha/Omega s*x is some of the hottest out there. I love when omega's have slick and the alpha plays with it....sooooo hot!!!!

I loved it!

I loved Wild Match by Amy Bellows. I loved Steve and Leo's story. I loved that they were both nerds and that Leo fit in perfectly with Steve's friends. I loved Steven's parents and how they both made Leo feel loved and like he was their son. I loved the heat and rut scenes and they had great chemistry. I loved their wedding vows. Another great book by Amy Bellows.

I read this book using the Kindle Unlimited app.

This book felt like a great start of what could have been a great novel, but got cut off to limit it to a specific length. Also, mpreg in the epilogue, without any birth and no meeting of the baby, is disappointing. If the lack of actual mpreg in an mpreg universe isn't a deal-breaker for you, this is the best book of the springtime series. Actually, maybe it's the best in the springtime series hands down anyway...

Perfect!

A perfect ending to this series of perfect matches. Above all of that though, Amy always delivers emotionally satisfying stories that make me sad it has to end. Not only are the main characters instantly likable and charming, the side characters make me want to devour their stories too! 10/10

Sweet. Smutty. Fluffy.
So lovely. A true sexy feel good omegaverse that had me smiling like a fool and sweating like a sinner in church.
I’m convinced Amy Bellows can do no wrong. I gotta read her backlog.

Fluff. Omegaverse. MM. breeding. Knotting. Nesting. No OMD/OWD. No breakup. Epilogue 3 years later (getting married, pregnant). No angst. No drama.

💜💜💜💜💜

This is a contemporary queer romance with mpreg, it’s part of a multi-author series with each book a stand alone story. Of the five books this season, this one is my favorite! There’s plenty of sexy times but there’s a sweetness layered over the story too with a fantastic ending. I wish we could get the stories of Steve’s friends too!

This was an easy, high heat, steamy mm alpha mpreg a/o read. A bit light on character development, but I did not mind that, we get a bit off Leo his backstory, but very little from Steve's. I did enjoy the care and tenderness shown between them, even in the height of passion. None the less pleasant to read. It is a standalone by this author, however it is part of a multi author series. 4-/3,5

Sweet low angst read! I loved that Steve wasn't the typical rough and tough alpha! He is nerdy and not overly muscular! He was really sweet and super close with his dad's! Leo is his opposite in every way! he doesn't have really anyone in his life and is kinda a drift. it's adorable to see them come together!

Quick, light, and sexy read

More sex the plot, which can sometimes be a little boring, depending. But it’s a relatively quick read so I’m not too bothered. It’s kinda bananas overall but sometimes you’re in the mood for something light and sexy.

good

This was a pretty good book. I’m glad Leo realized how bad the “surprise” would have been and decided to leave the situation and make sure Steve was safe. And Steve’s dads sound awesome.
