Zoe is heartbroken after she gets to know that her boyfriend is a married man and was dating multiple women at the same time, including her boss/friend, Joy. On top of that, Zoe's also pregnant with his baby. She finally decides to move to Loverly Cave, a small beach town where Joy lives with her family. On her first day in town, she meets Matteo, a hot, twenty three year old playboy. Matteo doesn't want to settle down and have a family but one glance at Zoe and he knows that his plans are fucked.
This book was literal perfection. Matteo is definitely my favorite book boyfriend now. He's such a green flag. I loved how Matteo was always there for Zoe and his watermelon (baby Mellie). The bond between Matteo and Mellie made my heart swell with happiness. Zoe and Matteo have my heart. This book made me feel so many emotions. I laughed, I cried, I swooned. It's written so beautifully. This book was really wholesome and a great read. A MUST READ !!!
