This book is based not only on Trasi Judd's personal experience keeping her four ball pythons, but also predominantly on her time working with her admin staff of over 25+ experienced reptile keepers, helping thousands of new keepers in their early days, months, and years keeping their ball pythons, and her collaboration with industry breeders, veterinarians, and an animal behavior specialist for her popular Facebook group, New Ball Python Keepers. The group was started in mid 2019, and five years later has around 50,000 members.

A much needed practical guide for new keepers
This is a must-have book for people looking to get their first ball python, or have just brought one home. It's everything you need, broken down in easy-to-understand digestible sections. Trasi Judd has a unique way of explaining complex practices in a way that is easy for a beginner to understand, without making an experienced keeper feel spoken down to. Very well written, and beautiful illustrations. 10/10!
