Have zero experience, yet a high level o interest in roasting coffee beans I found myself with a roaster. Now what to do with said roaster and green beans? What about a book? Great information in an easy to read book
Really enjoyed this book since i jumped into coffee roasting without doing any research. I think he hit the most important points for someone like me who got a new drum roaster for Christmas. Thank you! I will take much of your advice!
