Good book! Has some other recipes and thoughts than Izabella Wentz' cookbook. I needed variety and other recipes and this one is good. Some other authors' books are too guru and go into the CBD route which is too weird and not for me. This book is nutrition based and the cauliflower rice is excellent!
I definitely recommend this book for anyone wanting real food that will get you away from the gluten and diary of the normal western diet!
Not bad but recipes are too complicated. Some products are too hard too find. At the start of the book author mentioned that this recipes not included dairy or eggs,or nuts. But nearly most off recipes have eggs, dairy, nuts.
