I have briefly looked through the book to recommend some of the activities to clients, and many I will try myself. I have worked with the author/Art Therapist and she good to work with. I have learned alot about myself and my own struggles that I didn't realize prior. Check out the book, try the activities, then check out the Creative Soul Society.
Enjoyed the exercises but no guidance on expressing through art. As a mandala instructor I will add the images in my workshops. Otherwise, good content!
