This book did not resonate with me on the spiritual or material level. Her thoughts are pleasant enough but not especially incisive or helpful. The menu plan did not appeal. It is a pretty standard vegan diet. No doubt it is healthier than doing your fasting at MacDonald's. fasting, intermittent and otherwise is big today. but I found this book lacking in depth and insight.
It is an excellent 👍 book; it helps me to understand fasting. All this year, I have been fasting. I thought I was doing right. But I was doing wrong. Reading this book opened my eyes; now I am fasting correctly. Great book to have in my kitchen, not for fasting only but for healthy living and eating right. This book paired with Fasting & Prayer is a great combo. This book alone will help motivate you & educate you enough to get started though. Love the bible verses throughout to help with your journey. This books should always be supplemental to your own studies with the bible but I highly recommend!
