This cookbook is probably too simple but in a way that overcomplicates things. Like most of the recipes could be made using an oven or a stovetop without having to get a whole new appliance but if you have limited kitchen space or don't have an oven, this could be an acceptable alternative.
HOWEVER it has like 5 or 7 pictures in the entire book and I do not trust a cookbook that doesn't have pictures displaying what the recipes should look like. I want to know if I made it correctly. Most of the pictures are at start of each section to entice you and that is it.
As I try out my new Instapot, I have been looking at a lot of cookbooks on this subject. I downloaded this one through Kindle Unlimited, and found enough recipes I would like to try out to decide to go ahead and buy it. The recipes are fairly simple (only 5 ingredients after all) but there's a nice variety. Besides the main dish recipes, I'm intrigued by some of the dessert recipes. 3.5 stars
I thought I’d give this a try since it was a “Great on Kindle” book, and I am trying to learn more about using a pressure cooker. Nice variety of recipes, some that sound good, although I have not tried them out yet. I am trying to figure out if I forgot how to count —a lot of the recipes have a lot more than 5 ingredients. Many are not particularly complicated though. I’m not much into vegetarian recipes, as we are definitely carnivores at my house. But definitely some good suggestions.
Simple and tasty small batch recipes for all many common dishes. I was delighted to find this cookbook. Now I don’t have to eat the same food all week or freeze for later consumption. This is unique amongst the Instant Pot cookbooks.
