The book does offer daily ways to meditate. They are realistic, and the do help you really clear your mind, and focus on whatever the author specifies.
It's good to really re-align your mind on a daily basis, and the author does make it easy.

This great monthly book gives you something new to try each day. When it comes to destressing having a book that shows gives you ideas on how to relax. Clearing your mind can help you not only in your daily but also monthly. The different exercises help you clear your body. I highly recommend this to anyone who is want to be more relaxed.

Sah's passion and mission for self-transformation is so beautifully translated in this clear and profound book of daily meditations. In a society of constant outside distractions, this book comes at a very important time to support and guide anyone in their journey to self-love and acceptance. The book is a daily reminder of our potential to live a life of connection and expansion. If you already have a daily meditation practice, this book is a reminder filled with mantras/affirmations to deepen your practice, and if you are ready to start, the book will support you with succinct daily practices that range from self-love, acceptance, forgiveness and much more. Like a pocket book or a coffee table book, it is made of applicable practices for the day-to-day life. Sah is a master and this book showcases many of his gifts.

Eye opening

Very insightful and eye opening. Great for people who are stressed, lost, seeking guidance or someone who just needs to take a step back and catch their self.

I started wearing a Fitbit Charge 2(my first) on January 1st as a way to set some personal challenges and to be more aware of my daily fitness activity. The one feature I have struggled to use is 'Relax”. Every day, when you choose 'Relax', you are supposed to focus on your breathing for just 2 minutes(seems like it should be the easiest accomplishment), but I never seem to be able to enjoy the downtime, so I just skip it.
When I saw this book though, I was intrigued. I thought about how nice it would be to have a structured guide that would provide something that I could focus on and just breathe and relax. I like the layout as each month focuses on a topic( August is Healing) and then each day there is a different sentence or two or a paragraph related to the monthly topic. Just enough for me to take a few minutes to think about the words, breathe, and relax.

This was a great book for daily words of wisdom and hope and reassurance. It's got 3 sections that include every month, a specific topic or category. And it has a quote or phrase or thought provoking message for each and every day of the year. I loved this book. I even would look ahead and back as I wanted. I even used these as writing prompts for my journaling and also made some notes in this book. I definitely recommend for others who want more inspiration in their lives.
I received a copy from Callisto Publisher's Club but the opinions here are my own.

Daily thoughts to consider daily. It is hard to remember to pick it up and read the "thought of the day" each and every day since most of us are bombarded with little tasks from the time we wake up until we go to sleep. But, if you can find the time daily and commit a few moments to some of these thoughts, you will be better off. I did find that some of them are not at all relate-able and in those cases, I just skip to a different page. Something will resonate that is a positive influence on your day.

What a wonderful book to help guide you through this turbulent year that was 2020. These positive affirmations helped me focus and be more present during this unprecedented year. It was a great compliment to my daily yoga practice and helped start the day in a positive place.

This is the perfect start to the day. It contains so many great mind exercises to help you understand your needs and emotions, and to take a small pause before a busy day.

I read this book according to what I needed for meditation. A wonderful resource for guided meditation.
