This book was such a cosy read, I love fake dating trope and this was adorable. FMC Anna is such a sunshine girl but doesn't see the affect she has on everyone, she is shy and anxious but so kind and loving to everyone. Plus, she is a dog walker so that's a bonus! Anna is messy, and Carter is organized to the T! But nothing better than opposites right?
Carter, is grumpy, the boss that no one wants to get on the wrong side off. But when a sudden change in his staff and a warming Anna, he slowly changes.
I loved how hard they fell for each other, I loved each little aspect of their relationship and loved Carters Mum! If your after an easy, cosy read I recommend this book!

I have never read anything by Amy Edsanders before, OMG this was fantastic!! Anna is a dog walker, delivery person; juggling multiple gigs to try to pay the bills. But this does not bring her any closer to her dream of buying an RV and traveling. Anna applies for a more permanent job as a temporary secretary (which she has no experience). Anna's new boss Carter Williams has high expectations. When he asks her to be his fake girlfriend to help his brother and girlfriend out; how does she reply? Love the plot, great setting, and strong intense interesting characters. I look forward to reading more from Ms. Amy Edsanders!!!

I personally loved it, it was such an easy, smooth, slow burn book. Love the fake dating/ grumpy & sunshine. I actually enjoyed it not being spicy, it was more about love & fate bringing them together. definitely a good book to get out of a slump, going to start the second book nowwww :)))
