When the three friends - Enzo Roseti, Cillian O’Brien, and Nikolai Romanova - make moves in their respective organizations, it puts Eavan O’Brien’s safety at risk.
With an attitude as fiery as her copper hair, Enzo fantasizes about taming Eavan’s brat whilst keeping her shielded from the fallout of their decisions.
This was my first J.L. Quick read and will not be my last. I’ve read a lot of Daddy lite lately and I was pleased to get the real deal with this one. Suffice it to say, I’m looking forward to the other daddies. That said, while I did enjoy the desperation and chemistry, and obviously the Daddy shmink, the emotional connection wasn’t as strong as I would’ve liked as the relationship progressed.

I love mafia romances, and this book hits the spot for me! It’s fast-paced, filled with action and suspense, and has some super steamy scenes that kept me hooked from the very first page to the last. The chemistry and tension between the main characters are off the charts! Enzo is this strong, dominating guy who instantly finds himself drawn to Eavan, his friend’s little sister. Despite telling himself she’s off-limits, they end up alone in the apartment while his friends is away for business. Let’s say that their forced proximity makes it super challenging for them to resist each other!
Enzo, Cillian, and Nikolai are a tight-knit trio. Even though their families are rivals, they can’t stand their fathers and have been plotting to take control and join forces. Enzo is fierce and powerful, but when it comes to Eavan, he’s completely smitten! The way he protects her and indulges her every wish is just swoon-worthy. Eavan, on the other hand, is a mafia princess who’s sheltered most of her life. But she’s not just some innocent girl—she’s sassy, fiery, and knows what she wants! I admired her confidence and how she kept Enzo on his toes!
Their relationship is explosive from the beginning! I loved the sneaky moments they shared while trying to keep their relationship a secret from Eavan’s brother. There’s also plenty of action and suspense to keep things exciting throughout the book. The bond between Enzo, Cillian, and Nikolai is also so sweet; their camaraderie and bickering are fun, and I love that they always have each other’s backs. Overall, this is a great mafia romance, and I can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series!

What an absolute perfect start to this series!! Enzo and Eavan were so dang perfect together! I loved how they started out bickering back and forth, but soon realize they had chemistry that rivaled a tank. Seeing these two together, both spice and just everyday was explosive and adorable. I enjoyed how caring and loving Enzo was to Eavan when it was different from what he usually accepted for relationships. He made her feel so special and even was gentle with her when they were physical together, he was such a great person. He also was definitely the touch her and ☠️ type of man and protected her with his all. Eavan got lucky with him as she could have been handed off the someone so much worse. She willing gave herself to Enzo and didn’t regret it once. These two had such a strong relationship and bond and I loved reading every minute!!!

I love a mafia-themed book! This had it all. A bit of a love-hate relationship to an instalust one! Mafia men love hard and Enzo freaking delivered! Eavan and her bratty mouth were one of my favorite things. I also loved how a moment played out and just enough info was given that had the wheels in my head turning, preventing me from forgetting about it but it kept me on my toes for when it was going to show back up and become a huge problem! Great story.

When I say I DEVOURED this book! This was the first book I have read by J.L. Quick and holy shit I was not disappointed.
Eavan was feisty, smart, and didn't take shit, and for that I loved her!
Enzo would definitely have me calling him Daddy as well, the mouth on that man!
The relationship between the two kept you rapt and needing more. The way these two danced around eachother almost had me cheering when they kissed! They were written so incredibly well that you could definitely feel what they were feeling.
I hope that we will get to see more books from this world in the future.

This was a whirlwind, a spicy, dirty whirlwind. A delightful brothers best friend, mafia, Daddy romance. Secrets and sneaking around that go wrong, a little forced proximity, and some super hot shared moments between plotting to take over the mafia. If you love a bit of a darker Daddy, a good plot, and some amazing characters, you’ll love this! Eavan is one lucky lady to have these men in her life.

Quick has set this series off in the hottest way possible and all I can say is…thank you daddy 🤭🤭🤭 we have suspense….hot mafia men…secrets…the the hottest, smuttiest spice I’ve read in a while.
We have a trio of mafia bad boys….Enzo, Cillian, and Nikolai…all three from rival families…but that doesn’t matter. Their mutual hate for their fathers ties them together and makes their friendship stronger…they are enacting a plan to overtake all three families and their fathers…but this could have major consequences for those around them. Especially Cillians baby sister, Eavan…
Eavan is a strong and sassy mafia princess through and through. And when she’s in danger , her brother and his friends vow to keep her safe. Cillian keeps Eavan in his apartment to protect her, but he’s out of town on business , so Enzo is left in charge of the bratty red head. And let me tell you…it’s HOT in that apartment. These two go at each other but it’s nothing more than tension fuelled foreplay. They know they shouldn’t cross the line, but the heat between them is way too hot to resist. They agree on ONE TIME…no telling Cillian…but once Enzo gets a taste of the forbidden fruit, there’s no turning back.
These two take off in a blaze of fire and passion. They can’t stay away or keep their hands off each other. Enzo is as dark as they come…but with Eavan…he’s soft…giving her the world. That doesn’t mean he won’t have her on her knees for him…because he absolutely will. The literal definition of walking sin. I love it. I was fanning myself through every scene and begging for more.

Enzo, Cillian and Nikolai are three unlikely friends from rival mafia families. I loved their ride or die relationship. They forever have each other’s backs. When Cillian brings his little sister, Eavan into their home, sparks fly between her and Enzo.
Enzo is absolutely delicious! I loved how protective he was of Eavan right from the start of their relationship. That man was not letting anything happen to her on his watch! Eavan was an awesome FMC. She’s this totally innocent, sheltered girl but has a bratty, sassy side that can totally put these three men in their place. The chemistry between her and Enzo was explosive! The spicy scenes were so,so hot. The Daddy trope was top tier and made this read even more amazing.
That ending has me in the edge of my seat wanting and waiting for more!!

J.L’s writing always EATS AND LEAVES NO CRUMBS… it’s so addictive that it’s so hard to put the books down. And Claimed by Daddy was no exception.
We all love a good Mafia family book but this one takes joining Mafia families to a whole new level when the Heirs to all 3 Bratva, Italian and Irish mafia families become the Kings of the City with one Minor detail one brothers mafia princess of a sister. A Sister that had been used as a bargaining chip by their fathers and the reason for their deaths is moved into their hidden apartment and been made off limits to all the Kings.. until one of Cillians best friends and King of the Italian Mafia and the mafia Princess end up falling for one another…. What could possibly go wrong…
Our girl E has always been controlled by the men in her life and after being told by her brother to sit and stay and wait for his return leaving one of his best friends and one Of the people she was taught from a young age to fear to be her security detail and baby sitter.. and is also seriously good looking honestly how could she not fall head over heels.
Enzo our very morally grey Italian mafia playboy really has made a name for himself… for being a great one night stand… but when he falls madly for his Mafia Brothers Sister he knew she was it for him. He was so sweet and reassuring with her and everything we love in our mafia men.. touch her and die vibes.

Ok heads up if you don’t like a daddy kink, just move on, this series may not be the one for you. If you like a daddy, dive straight into Claimed by Daddy!!! This is book one but I can tell all three MMCs, Enzo, Cillian and Nikolai are absolute daddies and I will be absolutely here for it!!!!

Cillian’s story is the next in the series, Submitting to Daddy is already released and Kneeling for Daddy releases in October so you know what I will be reading shortly!!

This is the first in a new Mafia/Daddy series and I’m completely hooked! This was the perfect blend of high stakes Mafia life and sexy Daddy Dom kink.
If you like Heroes who aren't looking for love but falling hard when they finally meet their other half, Enzo is your man. He was a hard man but Eavan brought his protective side and I loved every minute of it.
Eavan was a total baddie and of course, a little bratty but she was my favorite! She was all snark and sass but also had a soft vulnerable side.
The story is full if action, spice, great found family vibes and characters that you will fall in love with. Definitely recommend! This is a book that needs to sit on my fave shelf soon!
I can’t wait for the other Kings’ stories! And I hope there will be more Daddies to swoon over *fingers crossed*

I have been anxiously awaiting this audiobook and it did not disappoint! Enzo and Eavan’s story was a wild, but spicy AF ride!

This was a fast paced book but enjoyed every minute of it. Enzo is everything an Italian Mafia boss you'd think he is, and his dominant daddy persona with Eavan was just as delicious. I was pleasantly surprised with him not being completely overbearing and ruling Eavan as you'd expect a mafia boss would and was everything she needed. Eavan was sheltered but she definitely held her own and gave as good as she got. She is definitely a fighter and didnt disappoint when the time came to fight. Thoroughly enjoyed this book.
I read this as an audiobook and loved every minute of it. Shiloh James and William Macleod not only captivated my attention but held it throughout the whole book. This was such a fun mafia, daddy dom/princess read. It's been a while since I've listened to a mafia book, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Enzo, narrated by William Macleod, really nailed the daddy mafia boss role-first book I've heard him narrate, and I'll definitely be listening to more! Then there's Eavan, voiced by Shiloh James, who did a great job capturing the bratty little girl vibe perfectly. The story itself was pretty complex, with all these different mafia families, and I loved the forbidden love element with that slight age gap. Blue Nose did an awesome job with the production, and the narrators really brought it all to life. Overall, such a fun read!

This story follows Enzo and Eavan. Eavan happens to be Enzo's best friend little sister Cillian and they live together. They take in Eavan to keep her protected from the shit show that will be going down since they just took down from bigger names within the mafia. One thing leads to another and Enzo wants to teach Eavan how to use her bratty mouth properly....wink wink lol

If you love daddy kink and spice this is for you.
Enzo and Eavan chemistry was there from the start. The bickering and “hate” was there but like it was foreplay for them. But once they decided it was gonna be more than a 1 time thing they started hiding it from her Brother Cillian, as that’s Enzo Best friend. So if brothers best friend, is also a trope you enjoy I definitely recommend this book.

The tension and chemistry is off the charts with these two! This started off with a bang. The instant connection Enzo and Eavan have was next level. This being heavy on the daddy kink I really enjoyed it. I didn’t feel it was over done.
The spice was off the charts I love the gentler side Enzo showed with her, which was something new to him. He felt and wanted things with her that he has never wanted before. The sneaky around made it even better. When her brother finds out Enzo doesn’t back down. Making it crystal clear of his intentions with her.
After the deaths of their fathers there is unground rumblings of people being unhappy. Debts are owed and they intend to be collected on. When things go sideways Enzo keeps his promise to Eavan. He will burn the whole f**king city down to find her.
This was the first of the series and I can’t wait to see where the others go. I love a good mafia romance, it was neat to see the story behind this and then the relationship was in the fore front!

I never doubt that I will love a book JL writes, and this one was no exception! I love a good mafia book, and JL is the Queen of mafia in my opinion. Enzo, Nik, and Cillian are the sons of 3 powerful mafia families. They are supposed to be enemies, but they are brothers. The Kings! Enzo is so dang swoon-worthy. Cillian is a little grumpy grump. Nik is so hilarious. The three take to protecting Cillian's little sister. Eavan is a firecracker. I love how bratty she was towards Enzo in the beginning. Of course every brat needs a Daddy to tame them. Shew what a ride. The plot was amazing. The banter was amazing. The spice was amazing. Absolutely amazing read! Can't wait for the next book!

Enzo was the perfect man, with the perfect name and the perfect daddy vibes. He made me fall for him instantly, and even if he was a little rude, who isn't sometimes right? Plus, the circumstances didn't help the situation...but he just couldn't resist falling for Eavan. She had this man wrapped around her finger, and I loved him even more for that. It was refreshing that he didn't take the guilt of getting with his friend's sister on her or their relationship. Enzo was the biggest Enzavan (see what I did there?) defender ever, and he wasn't going to stand anyone coming between him and her.
Eavan was a great FMC. She was feisty and had good comebacks, but knew that the man was hot enough to eat, and I can 100% relate to that.
