This book taught me about Habits change when you commit to making a 1% improvement daily over an extended time. So, what's the big takeaway? Don't just stare at the goal Instead focus on building the systems that let those tiny improvements stack up automatically. Also ditch the pressure of giant leaps. Start building those beautiful, tiny, stacking systems, and watch yourself transform into something big. Before something becomes a cue, it needs to be assigned a meaning. If you do not become aware of a cue, it will be impossible to crave it.
