It’s spring in New York City and everything is blooming except for Leah’s relationship.
She has a wonderful boyfriend—he brings over her favorite takeout and gets along with her friends—but something is missing. She can’t exactly place her finger on it until she runs into someone from her past who reminds her what true passion feels like.
But the reason they broke up hasn’t changed and the obstacles that came between them still loom.
Can Leah follow her heart despite the challenges it will lead to? Or should she stick to the path she has always known?
Brimming with wit, drama, and the vibrant life of Manhattan that made Girl Meets Goy such a fun read, The Goy Next Door is another immensely satisfying page-turner in which Leah continues her adventures while coming of age.
Read The Goy Next Door on it's own or after Girl Meets Goy for a deeper understanding.
The Goy Next Door by Aviva Gat is an enjoyable, easy read. The story hooks you early on with its light tone and relatable situations, making it a very quick and engaging read. The characters feel authentic, and their everyday struggles are easy to connect with. While it leaves a few plot lines open for the next installment, that only adds to the anticipation for the conclusion. It’s a charming, well-paced entry in the series, and I am definitely looking forward to seeing how it all resolves.
I loved this book! Leah has decisions to make! Love, family, work, interesting complex and some quirky characters in a lighthearted story with a few twists and turns to get to the finish line of love! This story will capture you in the first few pages and keep you wanting more! A must read!
