I usually avoid books like this since fiction isn’t my preference, but the cover of this one caught my eye. It looked mysterious, and I felt compelled to learn more about the woman on it and why she was in such a wonderful and mysterious place.

The plot is captivating, with each chapter introducing a new secret (tiny spoilers ahead): the ritual connected to the golden ring keys, Pierre’s coin, Moroccan traditions and celebrations, djinns, and the Conver family. These aren’t major spoilers, and there’s still so much more to uncover in a story filled with intrigue and unforgettable characters.

I really enjoyed The Keys to the Riad. Colette’s story beautifully blends mystery, magic, and self-discovery. The Moroccan setting felt vivid and immersive, and the riad itself was almost a character of its own. While a few parts moved a bit slowly, the emotional depth and intrigue made up for it. Overall, a captivating read that leaves you reflecting long after finishing.

I don’t usually read fiction, but this book completely drew me in. The story is full of mystery, culture, and a touch of romance. I loved how real Morocco felt—the sights, sounds, and traditions came to life. The Tarot details and secrets of the raid kept me turning the pages. A beautiful and engaging read!
