About the author

Velmeta Carlis (Charlene Blue) Is married with three children. She is from Wichita Kansas but now lives in Houston, Tx. Velmeta graduated from Northwest High School and later earned a business degree from the University of Phoenix. Drawing and writing poetry has been a passion of hers since elementary school.
