Three stars only because this isn't a book I can hand to someone as a stand alone. Get this as a mentorship book or something to read along with and discuss with someone. There are no discussion questions printed in the book, but I think there is a free download to some questions from a link in the book. I haven't looked at them yet, though. All in all, I think this is a great book with a lot of good examples for helping people think about their experiences and passions and how they can utilize them for the Kingdom of God, just if read with too much zeal and not enough wisdom could lead someone to attempt a marathon goal on a 10k training plan and very quickly end up burnt out or hurt (themselves or others).
