I liked this, mainly the chapters on Simplifying and Structure. Very appealing design format turns the equivalent of a couple of blog posts into a book. Lacked depth, but would make a good gift to introduce the overwhelmed human in your life to the concept of cutting back.

This book was a good read, easy to refer to, quick and simple. I didn't walk away with any major epiphanies or motivation to put into action some of its techniques, but I think what people get out of this book will be very individual. Because it is a fairly quick read I'd be happy to lend it to friends as they may find it very useful to apply in their lives. Myself I'm happy to read it again and am open to trying some of the techniques when I feel the need.

ok, one or two ideas I hadn't considered before

though without the 78 pages of full-page photographs (no text) and blank pages with lines entitled 'Notes' this book could have been condensed to its actual 114 pages with content (instead of 192);
yes, I counted, as it really bugged me, and I did not count the full page spreads with quotes, this would have probably reduced it by a further 30 pages - good grief!! glad I borrowed this from the library
