This is a series that I really enjoy...but this was an off volume for me. Despite the title...I really missed following the main couple in this volume. We didn't get much of them at all until the very end and I just wasn't that interested in the side stories this volume focused on. It wasn't bad...just not my favorite.

solid growth

It’s so nice to come back to these characters and see them really grow and develop. I think reading a series like this over the course of years really allows you to notice the real growth. Nobuko is volume 1 would probably never dream she could do the things she’s doing in volume 19. I feel kinda proud haha

I also am really starting to get very invested in our new cast of characters in Ehime.

I love that this series is covering adult relationships in various forms - long distance, existing, burgeoning and rejecting, and those between more experienced people and less experienced people. It's always nice to read, although this one leaves us with a cliff hanger!

Thoughtful and engaging series continues to delight

I mean this is volume 19 so reviews are all going to say “go read from the beginning” and you must do that because this volume is full of continuing stories for characters from earlier volumes, and not just our titular side character MCs. However, assuming you are here for reassurance that the series is still great then yes, it is. It will challenge you if you are in or adjacent to a relationship, it also has advice and assistance, the main part of which is that no one will listen if you don’t talk, but if you do want to talk you also have to be ready to listen and accept the other viewpoint as worth discussing, or you’ll get nowhere.
And if that’s all you get from this (along with a warm glow from seeing this principle work out) then that’s good enough right? Especially when you remember that this is part of Kindle Unlimited and so it’s really kind of a bargain (unless your local library is exceptionally well stocked I guess).

That Cliffhanger! It was getting good!

Our main couple! I’m dying for their final decision to push forward for their futures, and breaking up is definitely not an option. Please God, they are too precious to me. As for the other side couples.. Office couple makes me sad, I hope they find their way to each other. The cafe couple makes me cringe, the girl is too naive and desperate, and the guy has some unresolved issues with relationships. I just really need the next volume now.

I like this series it’s so slow paced yet interesting! It felt so realistic that you really wanna keep reading to find out what will happen to them as if they were real, because they discussed a lot of common issues that people this age face and I related to some of them.

I’m so excited for the next volume but it looks like it’s not a monthly series :(

slow paced Love but realistic

I like how the main FL and the main ML handle their LDR. They Communicate and they consider each others feelings. I Love How realistic this manga is.
