Poison the Cure is a four-part graphic-novel series showing what a small group of explorers find as they examine the past of an apparently evacuated planet. Following the story of a group of friends made to flee their home after an accident, the explorers see how these friends, and one among them with impossible new abilities, are faced with a decision that becomes increasingly difficult to avoid.

About the author

Jad Ziade is a writer of prose fiction and comic books. He was born in Beirut, Lebanon during the Lebanese Civil War and fled the country with his family in 1987. He now lives in Portland, Oregon. He is the writer of the acclaimed graphic novel series POISON THE CURE and the author of the novel DAMASCUS.

He enjoys reading, flipping through old illustration books, and fantasizing about Dungeons & Dragons characters he no longer has the time to play.

Three explorers find a planet littered with the remnants of old civilization. They peer into the past. Nine friends strive against mortal violence, environmental destruction, and inevitable doom. They struggle in the present. One story connects them. An interesting science fiction story, expertly presented.
