This cybercrime thriller by Kenneth James Allen has many characters and story twists. It will keep you on the edge of your seat. The story is about Eli, a skilled hacker who lives two lives: one as a computer expert and the other as a risky criminal.

It's easy to get lost in the world of hacking, betrayal, and cruel desire because the characters are so interesting and dangerous. They range from special agents to crime lords. The author's brave view of fate is especially noteworthy since Eli's decisions lead him down two different paths that eventually meet at a terrible end.

Some readers might find it hard to keep track of all the players, but I was drawn into the chaos and eager to find out more about each one's part in the story. The action and tension are well-written, making the book hard to put down.

"Echo" is different from other tales because of the way it tells its story. Beginning at the end of the story and working backward, it shows how Eli got to where he was. This clever way of telling a story hooked me from the first chapter, and I couldn't wait to learn more about the key characters.

You might need a few chapters to get used to this non-linear way of telling stories, but I got into the mystery as I tried to figure out who everyone was and why they were important. Every moment feels like a high-stakes heist because the stress never goes away.
