This was good and different for a M/M HALLOWEEN ROMANCE between a vampire and his slayer. It’s quick and steamy, but at the same time, I wish it didn’t centered on the porn, and maybe centered it more to the plot. Would kinda recommend.

I absolutely loved the premise of this book, it was really unique and interesting it had me hooked immediately.

Landon has a crush on Ronan but doesn’t want to ruin their friendship, and little does he know that Ronan has a crush on Landon and he doesn’t want to ruin their friendship.

Worries about ruining your friendship go out the door when your body and mind totally shift and now all you know is you want to kill each other and don’t recognize you are friends to begin with (so I guess this book is not only friends to lovers but at the same time strangers/mortal enemies to lovers? lol).

“Landon has never seen a sexier man, human or otherwise. Would it be against nature for a slayer to fuck a vampire? Landon isn’t sure he cares because Ronan looks like he wants to devour him again, and Landon wants him to. Jesus.”

This was a short read and I wish it was a full novel instead of just a novella! We got a great sex scene though and everything was neatly happened up with a bow at the end.

this plot was super interesting! I hadn't read anything like this before, and I was drawn in pretty quickly! I do wish we would have gotten a little more in regards to what went on plot wise, not only with our 2 main characters but with the group as a whole. seeing how everyone reacted to actually being what they were dressed up as would have been cool. and seeing how "the knight" and the person driving tbe car ended up spending time together would have been nice but this was definitely a steamy read and a nice refreshing take on a Halloween Novella.
