This book connected a lot of dots for me between other books I've read on trauma and did so in a very straightforward way. I appreciated the balance of narrative and practical steps. I especially like the TAPs at the end, which serve as a quick reference for daily practices and action steps. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking journaling prompts or supportive guidance for healing from trauma.
