So at the end of the last book in the Celestra Series, I was left very confused and with a lot of unanswered questions. I did not realize that this book would continue on into a different series. While the description of this book says that you don't have to read the celestra series first in order to read this book, I find that to be a complete and utter lie. I couldn't imagine that I would have understood half this book without reading those first. That asides, I was slightly shocked at the authors transition to the NA genre. I knew that this book was written in a more mature way. However, I had gotten used to the characters as they were young and innocent and in the first couple a chapters I realized, I was suddenly reading some soft core porn. I am not saying this was necessarily a bad transition but it felt almost untrue to characters. i enjoyed the furthering of the plot and the twists and turns and answers to some of my questions, but the change in the characters voices and language was a little shocking to me. I am not saying I mind some dirty talk or cursing, I personally have a mouth like a trucker. I am just saying it felt untrue to the characters. I enjoyed the book overall though and would definitely recommend it to anyone who's jonesing for some more of this series.

I didn’t actually finish this book, I got to 40% and gave up, what a huge disappointment, the author has butchered the characters and destroyed the story, and for what purpose? Money? Lack of creative ability to end the story 5 books ago and use her time more effectively and start something fresh? Fuming I’ve wasted so much time waiting for this series to get better and it just gets worse! I’m digging out a Brandon Sanderson book to calm myself down with decently written literature..

I didn't necessarily mind the YA to NA change. It wasn't the best nor worst part of the book. Again, I don't know why I continue to read the books. Mostly, I feel invested in the fact that ive spent money and time involving myself with these characters and I feel it is my "right" to battle it out to the end. I have way long since moved away from the Gage character. I feel he tries too hard to be the altruistic (is there truly such a thing?) white knight. Which inevitably always leads him lying/omitted details to Skyla which in turn puts her in danger.

I figured that skyla would have matured into her new role as overseer. Yet still feel like she is an infantile, shallow, and rather dense character that can not fulfill the strong role that her title warrants. I want so bad for her to be kick ass and she time and time again, disappoints.

I give Moore props on the plot twists and multiple story lines. It's hard to keep them straight some times. I almost want to hurry Gage's death so she can at least have some more Logan time. But alas, I expect this to be another drawn out series only with more naughtiness that lends itself to the NA genre. Even that part didn't make the gage and skyla characters more likable. AND BTW....what's got Emma's knickers all twisted. It's not like she's a darn angel herself.....ok, ok...pun intended on that one.

Wow! I really lied seeing the characters in this book develop. I was totally un sure about this on because of that last book. I was shocked and sad. Frankly balled my eyes out. Lol

Then Addison springs another surprise on me. I really liked seeing the characters from Ephemeral (Laken ,Wes, Coop & more) mix with the Paragon characters of The Celestra series. It gave it a different feel of the book. While the original ones are still my favorite, I'm so liking this new spinoff series.

There are a ton of twists and turns, and of course I constantly wonder how in the world Addison Moore can keep up with all of this in her head. The time travel/treble and the mischievest of each count of the adventures of the Celestra.

Im not happy with Skyla's love interests, though I do sympathize with Gage on certain things he faces in this book. Im team Logan! Lol

The flow of the book is exceptionally written and runs smoothly off the page. The story line is so intriguing it draws you in deep hanging on every word. Way to go Addison!

Nephilim, Fems and naughty Sectors. Oh My! Celestra Forever After by the talented Addison Moore is here and I couldn’t be more excited. All is well in my happy book world. Skyla’s back and as always she has more men than she knows what to do with. But that’s ok; we can just sit back and enjoy the ride. So much is revealed in Celestra Forever After that I can honestly tell you it’s nice to finally be out of the dark and not left guessing. But sometimes ignorance is bliss, just ask Skyla. If Skyla ever tires of certain Sector bidding for her attention I could always take him off her hands. That’s how real Addison’s books read. As a reader we get sucked in for a rollercoaster ride and we hang on for dear life. You’ll laugh, cry, fall in love and get really angry. That’s what makes it so good and hard to put down.

I'm getting extremely irritated with this series. It's dragging, the characters are becoming immature fools more and more as the story progresses, and it's time to conclude this unnecessarily lengthy series. BUT I just want to know the conclusion! What happens to Skyla and all the characters? Team Logan all the way. I just want everything laid out, I'm so tired of being out of the loop more then Skyla is half the time...

I loved the Celestra series in the teen reads, but I hard a really hard time getting through this book. I did not like how her writing style changed from the previous books. I know this set is supposed to be an adult book but I felt like she was trying too hard in this book.

was a little confused is the beginning since they’re are so many metaphors and similes and symbolic things almost like this book is trying way too hard to be deeper than it actually is. skipped past all that crap and went to the first chapter. first off, why the hell are there so many damn characters introduced in so little time? you think i care abt her brother’s girlfriends’ names? or their kids name? i don’t. like are they really important to where they need to be mentioned by name?? cause i’m gonna forget them in .002 seconds! like why do i need to know her whole family’s names in the first chapter? especially since she has a big family like ??? second of all, “skank out”?? wtf does that even mean? pls don’t let there be slut shaming in this book 😭 also not sure why her mom breastfeeding is mentioned multiple times as if we could forget in 2 seconds?? okay and now i’m not finishing it. i’m majorly confused and even thought the author says i don’t have to read her other books first, it still seems as if she expects us to know who is who and what exactly is going on and i don’t have time for that, so bye

Absolutely Fantastic Read!!!!!!!

Another GREAT read by Addison Moore! I can't wait to start the next book in this series. I was afraid I would get tired of reading the series after I finished with the Celestra series, but it still keeps getting better and better.

I really liked seeing the characters from Ephemeral (Laken ,Wes, Coop & more) mix with the Paragon characters of The Celestra series. There were, as usual for these books, a ton of twists and turns, and of course I constantly wonder how in the world Addison Moore can keep up with all of this time travel/treble timeline stories she writes. Sometimes it's very confusing for me and I just have to go with it instead of actually trying to get it straight in my mind. I admired Logan through this book. I still love his character the best of Skyla's love interests, though I do sympathize with Gage on certain things he faces in this book. Speaking of keeping things straight, it still irritates me that she "equally" loves all three guys at the same time. I mean seriously, in real life, it could happen, but only if you allow it to. I could, if I was constantly spending time with/flirting/going through crazy life and death situations with guys that I had loved and dated feel like I had feelings for all of them too. But normal people pick someone, even if they might be torn, you make a decision & then separate yourself from the other so you are faithful to the one you pick. Unless you just decide to go with good ol polygamy, which is the direction I feel like they're heading to. I mean right now she's married to Logan from the final Celestra book and though he's technically dead, he's up & walking around in a treble so for all intents & purposes is alive telling Gage & Skyla he's happy for their relationship. It's just over the top ridiculous, though seriously we don't read these books because of there true to life likeness.... I could do without the sex scenes & I know this is an adult romance book but it was gratuitous though not as gratuitous as some books I've had the displeasure of reading. It is not sex driven but plot driven thankfully so if you don't like it you can easily skip paragraphs. All in all I'm glad the author us doing this spin off & I hope she churns out that sequel soon!

As soon as I started reading this book, it was like it wasn't the first in the series. There were so many characters and things that were mentioned that weren't explained that I spent most of my time trying to figure out who was who instead of being able to let the plot flow, which only confused me more. There's even a character/term dictionary in the back, but it still didn't help.
I love Addison Moore and couldn't figure out why she'd done this. I just got finished with the Countenance series and knew that this one continued from it, including some of the same characters. But who were all of these other characters and why did she throw them at me with no explanation of who they were? And the fact that different people called them by their first names while others used their last names only made it worse.
Just when I was about to give up on this book, I came here—to goodreads—to see if it was just me or if others were confused, too. It just wasn't like Addison to do this.
LO AND BEHOLD...
The characters from this book are the same characters from Addison's Celestra series! And what's bad is that I've READ that series! However, I read it when it came out in like 2011, so of course they sounded slightly familiar, but it didn't click. Now that I know, though, I'm like 'Yeah, I remember them!'.
So, if you've not read the Celestra series, DO NOT read this one! I'm actually going to go back and re-read the Celestra series and come back to this one.
So, what I can tell you from what I've read so far is that this book still flows and resonates Addison's brilliant writing style. Even though I've been confused most of the time, I still kept on reading, wanting to know what was going to happen next. And I know that the next time I read it that I'm going to love it because it's going to flow like crystal clear water, since I'm not going to be questioning who everyone is.

Wow it just keeps getting better. I thought I might get bored but more shocking events are occurring. I do love how we get to read from everyone's POV where as the entire Celestra series was from Skyla's. Still Team Logan!

Celestra Forever After was like a dream come true for me. Addison Moore's Celestra series will forever be one of my favorite YA series and I also loved her Countenance series, so of course I jumped up and down like a child when she decided to continue the stories of all my favorite characters from both series in a totally awesome new adult series.

I'm really excited right now and frankly, I'm having trouble finding my words... There are a lot of steamy scenes, betrayals, secrets, twists, turns, and suspenseful moments in this one. I loved every minute and I'm totally pumped to return to Paragon/Host in what I hope is the VERY near future!

By the way, I still love Logan Oliver. :)

First off, I LOVE Addison Moore.
Secondly, I LOVE the Celestra series
Thirdly, I thought my heart was tossed around enough in Elysian. This book just took a mixer and scrambled it all to hell. Why? Why? WHY???????
Can I not just love that boy without any issues? Why must I be forced to doubt him?

This was a good continuation of the Celestra series, but with more NOOKIE!!! YAY!!!!

The only thing I wished for was more Marshall, but that's just because I love him so much. He's the best

I love the Celestra books, but I would definitely you recommend the first series before you read this or you will feel lost.

I love that the characters are growing up and the books are growing up with them and Skyla well who knew what a naughty/dirty character she would become.

The twist with Gage was very unexpected but I love how Wes, Coop & Laken have now merged with Skyla and co.

The further into the books you go the more questions are answered but more arise.

I can't wait for the next book :-)

This book surprised me in a good. I read the previous one and I didn't quite sure I was going to like this one because of the way the last one ended. However, it wasn't what I was expected, Addison blew me away with her writing and I found myself just can't wait to read the next installment. Check it out you'll scream, laugh out loud, sad, and blush a Little. I have to that I'm Mrs. Logan Oliver, I just love he's character so selfless and burst with love. He's willing to sacrifice his own happiness for her(not going to say who). You have to read it to find out.

For the longest time I didn't want to pick this up and read because I am team Logan all the way and I just wasn't feeling the whole Gage and Skyla thing.

But as Addison does every time she takes you on such a wild ride with twist and turns you have no idea how this book will end. With that said I still am team Logan and I don't like Skyla and Gage together.

Oh I so loved this book though!!! Just awesome!!!

It was fun to read these characters in adult situations!! We waited forever for Skyla to have sex in the other series! And she has TONS of it in this series!!!

This series has lots of surprises I never saw coming. And of course, I'm dying to read the second book!!!

Well done Addison! It's hard to spin-off a series but you did a FANTASTIC job!! Now, hurry up and release book 2!!!!

Wow! The wait to go back to Paragon was completely worth it. Being team Logan, it made me sad at the amount of brooding he did. As per usual Addison made me appear the perfect psychopath appearing to laugh with and rant to myself in the process of reading! And I loved the little surprise that was the last chapter!

Oh my goodness! Addison has done it again! I loved the twists and turns that she gives us.

I love Gage, Logan and Skyla! Paragon will never be the same. I love how all of her characters from Celestra and the Countenance series all come together in this book.

This book leaves you screaming "WHAT?!?!!" I can't wait for the next book to come out!

Goddammit, got resucked into the lives of Skyla, Gage, Logan and my personal favorite Marshall <3 The books brings up all new questions that you thought the previous serious answered already which is as infuriating as it is intriguing. Time for the waiting game again until the next book!
