-అభినిర్యాణం అంటే ప్రయాణం.- ఇది రెండు వేరు వేరు శతాబ్దాలలో సాగే కల్పిత నవల. 21 వ శతాబ్దంలో అభిమన్యు అనే ఫోటోగ్రాఫర్ ఈక్వినాక్స్ రోజున అనంతపద్మనాభ స్వామి దేవాలయంలో సూర్యాస్తమయం చూసేందుకు స్నేహితులతో కలిసి వెళ్ళేందుకు సిద్ధమవుతాడు. అయితే అక్కడికి చేరుకున్న అభి కొన్ని అనుకోని సంఘటనల వలన ఆ ఆలయంలో దాగున్న నేలమాళిగలు ఇంకా ఆరవ గదిని తెరిచేందుకు అవసరమైన తాళాన్ని వెతికి చేదించే సమస్యలో ఇరుక్కుంటాడు. మరో వైపు 17 వ శతాబ్దంలో "విలియం ఆల్ఫ్రెడ్ రాయ్" అనే చిత్రకారుడు అరేబియన్ మహా సముద్రం ద్వారా భారత దేశంలోని కేరళ రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రవేశిస్తాడు.మన దేశ సంస్కృతి సంప్రదాయాలను తెలుసుకుంటూ అద్భుతమైన చిత్రాలను గీస్తుంటాడు.అతను అనుకోకుండా అనంత పద్మనాభ స్వామి ఆలయంలోని విగ్రహ తయారీ విధానం తెలుసుకునేందుకు ప్రయత్నించి, ఊహించని ప్రమాదంలో పడతాడు. ఇటు 21 వ శతాబ్దంలో అభి అటు 17 వ శతాబ్దంలో రాయ్ వారికి వచ్చిన చిక్కులను, ప్రమాదాలను ఎదుర్కుంటూ వారు చేసిన ప్రయాణం ను, మీరు చదివి ఆస్వాదించాలని కోరుచున్నాము.

Abhiniryanam is a blend of historical fiction, thriller and adventure. The story is in two different timelines with two protagonists Abhi and Roy. The adventure plot of the story is related to the Kerala Padmanabhaswamy temple.

Abhi, a photographer, went to padmanabhaswamy temple and due to some unfortunate circumstances ended up on the path of finding the key to the locked room of the temple. Parallelly, we got to know that Roy, a Britisher, arrived in India, to know about the art and culture of India and met the person who sculpted idol of padmanabhaswamy temple. The story revolves around the adventures of Abhi and Roy.

The research of the author is clearly visible through out the book especially the parts where he describes the temples and the places the protagnoists visits and the explanation and the words usage is very simple for a beginner like me. I liked the way the story unfolds and kepts me engaged. I would have appreciate it more if there is some kind of connectivity between two timelines and I sometimes feel there is some sort of abrupt stoppage during traversing between two timelines. Apart from that, I liked the storyline and the execution of the book.

Abhiniryanam by Pravarsh is an extraordinary book that captivates readers from start to finish. The author’s writing style is both engaging and vivid, making the story come alive before our eyes. This book shows the art and culture of india, especially about the artists and the information is very well researched and written.The well-crafted character arcs add depth and authenticity to the narrative. I am very happy to find this type of books in Telugu literature , and I eagerly await more works from Pravarsh garu. While stars may not do justice, I wholeheartedly give this book a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.
