For the fashion designers showcased in this book, creativity is not merely a profession, but an intrinsic drive that knows no limits. Their keen eye for detail in their studio work transforms their living spaces into both a sanctuary and a source of inspiration. As unique as the designers who inhabit them, these spaces span six countries and thirteen distinct architectural styles, covering over five centuries, from a 14th-century Italian palace to a 21st-century English countryside renovation. They vary in size from one-bedroom apartments and cozy country cottages to grand mansions, villas, and palazzos. Step into these diverse worlds, each offering a glimpse into the creator's essence and providing endless inspiration for creative living.
It's really interesting looking at creative artists, designers home environment, sometimes they are totally different to what you expect, ie a minimalist designer who lives in a maximalist house. I enjoyed this book and will go on my coffee table.
