People think you can only love one person. That’s not true. There are two types of love; the forever kind and the always kind.

Forever love means you can’t live without that person. When you close your eyes the image you see is the two of you holding hands, sitting on the porch, and watching your grandchildren playing in the yard. You look over, smile, and whisper “we’ve lived a good life.”

Always love means you keep that person in your heart. They’ve done something for you to make you realize who you are. This person means so much to you and lives in your heart.

One night of truth.
One night of passion.

But all of that was taken in one night and I’m left alone.

I’m fighting to breathe and holding onto the tiniest shred of hope I have. It’s a losing battle and I’m not sure how much more I can take. Every day is a struggle. That night still haunts me and I see his face. It’s been two years and slowly I’m piecing my life back together.

Until one secret throws my life offbeat again.

I'm Bayleigh Murphy, and this is my story, my journey of forever and always.

Review

I’m always on the lookout for new authors. Not so much “new” but ones that for me, I haven’t experienced before. I’m always looking to fall in love with a new book boyfriend (one I might not normally meet because there are literally a lot of authors still out there I’ve never had the pleasure of reading), a new heroine that just steals my heart and makes me love her, and even a new author to stalk.

S. Moose is one of those authors. Before being given an ARC of this story, I had never experienced her writing before. I was unfamiliar with her writing style, her previous characters or quite frankly, anything about her.

Offbeat was an interesting book for me for a few reasons.

One, it contains a love triangle. Now, normally in romance, you don’t wanna read about two guys (or girls) fighting over a girl (or guy). You want it to be one on one and that’s it. For me, I like walking on the wild side. I did it in my first series when I wrote it and I’m doing it here in reading a book that is based around that very thing.

It is indeed based heavily in a love triangle. More specifically a girl and two brothers (which I didn’t realize at first!), but that’s not all it is.

It’s a story of healing. Of doing what you think is the right thing for someone in the last moments of their life (even if it might match up with what others want or what you even want for yourself overall). It’s a story of heartbreak, love, and ultimately, even in your darkest moments, living life to the fullest.

Bayleigh, Tyler and Ryan gave me all of those things and more.

What Bayleigh went through before the novel begins (and what you are shown instances of throughout) is extremely difficult and having lived through something similar, I felt a kindship with her. It’s not easy moving on when your life has been touched by something as horrific and dark as that, but it’s even worse when it touches the people in your life that you love.

When you feel like the best thing for everyone involved, because of how changed you are, is to walk away.

Which brings us to Tyler.

Bayleigh and Tyler have always been meant to be. It’s something mentioned and shown in the book quite a bit and with the way the author portrayed it, it’s a given. I never once doubted that, not even with her best friend (and Tyler’s brother) Ryan came back into the picture.

I have to say for a good portion of this book, with everything that was shown, I was definitely team Tyler here. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a sweeter guy than the one that was shown to me here. He made some missteps though and unfortunately, with where they were placed within the story and how I had come to feel about Ryan and ultimately what Bayleigh was sacrificing to do for him (Ryan), by the time I turned the last page, it was like all of that goodness that I enjoyed about him went right out the window.

Of all the people that I expected to do what he did, it wasn’t him. I still have his words to her, those forever ones that he held onto for so long, in my head and I hate it because I guess, I expected better of him. I needed him to hold onto that. Let other people screw with her, hurt her and maybe even break her, but not him.

This book nailed me emotionally in a couple of spots too. From Bayleigh in the beginning (and for a while throughout) to Ryan and what he finally lets everyone know something about him later in the story, it hit me right in the feels. Maybe because they are things close to my own heart, situations I have faced or am facing now, but whatever the reason, it resonated. Bonded me even more to those two.

So if I felt things with this book and I connected with at least two of the characters, why wasn’t this a five star read for me?

The love angle. Mainly how quickly it appears with Ryan and Bayleigh. How it went from him being her best friend to her suddenly wanting him. Yet still trying to see Tyler as her happily ever after. It just didn’t fit. Her doing what she does near the end for Ryan, I felt that. Her decision, though unpopular, made sense to me. The events that took place before it though, fell short for me. I couldn’t grip onto her and Ryan as much as I wanted to in terms of romantic involvement.

Also the end. I realize this is a series (I realize it now anyway), but I guess I just wasn’t expecting it all to come to a head that quickly near the end the way it did. I felt kind of ripped off. Not because I didn’t get a HEA. I can handle that aspect, especially in series’ fiction, but within just a few page jumps (and after they’d all just gone through something brutalizing in its own right), it all gets dropped and then….the end. It threw me off.

While there were aspects of this book that didn’t work for me, there was quite a bit that still did, so I urge everyone to give it a try (unless it’s got things in it where you know it’s not your thing.). You may find that my opinion and yours don’t match and really that’s what reading is all about. This one just fell a little shorter of the mark than I was expecting, but still a strong book in its own right.

My thanks to the author and all others involved in letting me read this before release. I appreciate the chance and the feels that I did experience from it.

The most devastating 4 hours I have spent reading in a long time...
Ruined , crushed , wrecked and heartbroken- thanks A LOT !!

Of course I love the cover , I just have to say this author and the cover model are genuinely amazing people and I love getting to be part of their journey by sharing this review and promoting this wonderful story !!

Bay and Tyler have been besties forever and turned that into a beautiful relationship , sadly after a horrible incident Bay feels it best to let go of Tyler. The prologue is emotional and you really do not know what happened to Bay but you can assume or speculate by the way she feels and the emotion she expresses. Tyler being the amazing boyfriend and friend that he is respects Bay's wishes and steps aside just being her friend and going on with his journey. Not an easy task as you will come to see. You may be surprised at Tyler's determination but he is such a great guy and his love is so much deeper than you think. Bay struggles back home living with her parents and attempting to have a normal life. When another great friend of hers come back into her life she is thrown for a loop. Tyler is freaking out , Bay is freaking out and Ryan is on a mission to help Bay and to give himself the one thing he always wanted before it is too late. That is all I am going to say about this...

This is a classic VAGUE-VIEW !! I do not want to spoil or give much away. Just know there is angst , drama and dumb dumb decisions !! There is hotness and emotion that is crazy deep and also guilt and tons of anger. This is a crazy ride and guess what... it doesn't end with this piece of the story !! So be ready to be tortured and be ready to ugly cry !! Seriously I was a mess...

Offbeat by S Moose was a raw, emotional read from start to finish.

This one is a hard one to talk about because I don't want to give anything away. This is a book that needs to be experienced for itself. All the raw emotions read and lived through on its own and experienced as you go through. You don't want any spoilers taking away the experience for you.

Here is what I will tell you... it was obvious from the synopsis and teasers that there would be some sort of a love triangle involved in this book. Where that triangle came from threw me for a loop and knocked me on my ass. It isn't your typical triangle and is fraught with tension and emotion, yet is dealt with beautifully. It will have you sitting there questioning your feelings over triangles and where your loyalties lie.

You can also tell that there was a huge trauma that impacted and changed Bayleigh's life. She is still dealing with the repercussions from that evening. It has affected all of her relationships. Including those with the people she loves most.

I may have heard before Offbeat released that this book would cause me to hate the author. While I don't hate her I may be praying that Winter 2015 hurries up and gets here PRONTO! Because I need Rhythm the next book in this series, like YESTERDAY! The way this book ended... the way this book ended... THE WAY THIS BOOK ENDED... GAHHHHHHHHHHH I have no words!!! (Can you tell!!!) I was left there with tears silently streaming down my face. :'( I can't be mad at S Moose because here is the thing - the ending was right. But I still just broke. But if she had tied everything up in a pretty little bow, just so we weren't left hanging, I would have felt cheated. I would have felt like she rushed the story and didn't do it justice. So she is right in what she did and how she left it. But damn her! She left me at the end of the book with tears!

But really THAT is part of what makes this a book you should go out and one-click. I know some of you are only looking for books with Happily Ever Afters. Or books that don't leave you hanging. But ME - I am looking for a GREAT book that makes me FEEL! And that is what Offbeat did! I don't just want to read a book that I am going to forget about in a day or two. I want to read a book that is going to stir my emotions and make me feel all those raw emotions. So on that note I highly recommend Offbeat!

I received a complimentary copy of Offbeat in exchange for my honest review.

I was so torn on this book.
The story line and writing was beautiful and touching and the characters realistic but it felt like something was missing and the story rushed.
I felt no connection to the way the dreams played out and the characters almost became juvenile as the book went on.

It wasn't a bad read and I would definately recomend it to anyone else but I don't think it was for me.

I did love the story and plot and the way it played out.....original, beautiful and emotional!

Wow, I really, really, really did not like this book. Let me actually start by saying that I met this author at a signing a year ago. It was not a good venue - it was hot, crowded, the lines were crazy and she was in a very unfortunate corner. You couldnt get thru to even visit an author, you just had to wait in a snake of a line that curled in and out of the rows of tables until you got where you wanted. So, I can understand her being a bit mad about that; however, what I can't understand is allowing those feelings to cloud an interaction with a reader who is interested in you and your book. A reader who fought her way thru the long lines to make it to your table to find a very unfriendly author. I should have saved my $10-$15 bucks right then. But no, I stopped and made the mistake of even having this book personalized, so I am forever stuck with it.

Needless to say, I won't be continuing Bayleigh's story in book 2. Buckle up, things are about to get spoilery. (seriously, spoilers ahead)

The writing in this book was entirely too cheesy for me. Tyler was entirely too ooey gooey. A love triangle has to be done right (she loved him from the moment she saw him at age 5....oh wait, years later we find out it was actually the brother she met first. Eye. Roll). Drama bombs, everywhere. Rapes. Tumors. Twin brothers. Gah. I hated Bayleigh. I hated Tyler. By the time I got to Ryan, I'd already checked out of this story. Maybe I'll stop there to avoid more spoilers because who really is still reading my rant at this point, anyway?

This has got to be the best ugly cry book I have read in quite awhile!

Bayleigh and Tyler have that forever kind of love that you only find once in a lifetime, but tragedy strikes and something bad happens to Bayleigh and she pushes Tyler away breaking both their hearts.

How much heartaches can one couple take before enough is enough??

This book had me sobbing from start to finish and although I cried (like a baby I may add) I absolutely loved every minute of this book.

Grab your tissues and one click this amazing book!

Mindbogglingly messed up. At points I wondered what the heck was going to be thrown into the plot next but I kept reading and I think I probably need to read the next book too. Not going to try and mention any of the plot because I wouldn't want to give anything away. I will say that there were no aliens or paranormal elements but perhaps they've been worked into the next instalment somewhere.

Five absolutely beautiful stars! Bayleigh is a young girl in love with her childhood sweetheart when a tragic event occurs. She feels like she will never recover from the event. She then pushes everyone away from her. Even the love of her life Taylor is told to forget about her. Taylor continues to stay by her side and supports her. His twin brother Ryan who leaves and returns two years later finally admits to her that he loves her. Will Bayleigh ever be able to recover and move on with her life? Who will she choose to love between the two brothers? This story is told from Bayleigh, Taylor and Ryan's point of view. The story flows and keeps the reader wanting more. This book is the first book in the Offbeat Series. Rhythm book 2 will be releasing in the Winter of 2015. I found this book to be a feel good heartfelt novel. It is also a tearjerker so keep a box of tissues close.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. This book was read and reviewed by Annamaria for Alpha Book Club.

3-3.5 Stars

This is my first book from S. Moose. While I did enjoy it, I also felt it was a little wonky. The storyline is creative, but it's not one that I care for. Bayleigh is in love with Tyler and vice versa. He has to go to California for three weeks and she stays in Rochester, NY. Meanwhile his twin brother, Ryan, comes back to town after no contact for two years with supposedly no one, except maybe his mom.

Ryan left town shortly after Bayleigh has a traumatic experience. Shortly after recovering, she breaks up with Tyler saying she needs space. Tyler is willing to wait as long as needed. With Tyler out of town and Ryan back in town, you can imagine the drama and angst that ensues.

It will be interesting to see where book two goes as the book shifted from Bayleigh's traumatic experience to centering around Ryan's personal life.

Without giving out too much, the storyline is interesting, but not something I crave. I also thought the time transitions were choppy and for me personally the style of writing didn't always flow easily.

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

One of the main topics on this book is a horrible act. It happens daily but it never gets easy to hear news like this. So I always admire authors who have the guts to publish books with this topic.

I know it must be devastating to go thru something like that but I must say I hated her attitude. I love strong kick ass female leads and this MFC lacked in that department. She dropped her Boyfriend and runned away. Why do I hate this attitude because thru out the book they whine and whine that they miss that person, but for whatever reason it was their decision to drop them.
I love triangles so I did appreciate that from this book.
I think the only thing that bother me from this book was the MFC attitude besides that it was a good book.

Bayleigh is a young in love with her childhood sweetheart when tragic occurs, and she feels like her life is over will she ever recover from this event. She begins to push everything and everybody away even the love of her life Taylor ,and then Taylor is told to forget her . But Taylor couldn't give up on her and continues to stay by her side ,supports her no matter what happened ,Tyler twin brother comes home after 2years and finally admits that he's in love with Bayleigh a. Will Bayleigh ever be able to recover and move on with her life. Who will she pick Ryan or Tyler. This amazing story is told from Bayleigh, Ryan, Tyler point of view which was a brilliant way to do it. This book was beautiful written and I could feel all their emotions that they go through like I was there with them. And that makes for a good book. I highly recommend you to read this book you won't be disappointed

Divided

I'm divided between really likening this book and not caring for it. To be clear, the writing is good, so my three stars are not based on that. Writing style wise, it's a 4-4 1/2 stars. The characters? Ugh. I cannot stand Bayleigh. She is selfish and self centered. Look, I know she went through a traumatic rape. My heart went out to her. But there really is no excuse for her treatment of Tyler. I felt Tyler got the biggest shaft from everyone in this book.

And then Bayleigh's relationship with Ryan? Shame on her. She doesn't deserve happiness with Tyler, quite honestly. I'm not sure if I want to read book 2, unless it's Bayleigh groveling and Doug everything she can to win back Tyler's love. She really is quite awful. I don't have a lot of sympathy for her at this point.

I was given a copy in exchange for an honest review.

Such an emotional read. What would you do if you were in love with two different guys? How do you choose between the two? How do you know which one is the one? These are the questions I asked myself while reading Bayleigh, Tyler and Ryan's story. Bayleigh is struggling with a tragedy from her past and has let Tyler go, so he can move on and not be held back by her grief. Ryan comes back to town and helps Bayleigh breath again. Which will she choose? This was such a good book, it is beautifully written and I could feel each of their emotions as if I was going through this with them. I can't wait for the next book, I have to know what is going to happen.

When everything you thought you knew about life and love goes wrong......
This book took turns I never saw coming. I had preconceived notions with the storyline when the book started but I was pleasantly surprised and blown away as I continued to read.
This is a deep read, that will take you on a journey of loving and losing.......and the characters having to question everything they thought they knew about love and each other.
The end.....lord have mercy the end.....I was a mess of tears from about 75% until the end.
I mean.....give me my heart back S. Moose!! Give it back!!
I'm moving right in to book two because I need a HEA for this couple like I need coffee in the mornings.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for a honest review over on my blog (Pretty Little Book Blog)

This was a book that you will want to tell everyone about! It's powerful in a way that only a select few books can claim to be. From the prologue (that by the way broke my heart into a million pieces) it does not let up on the feelings factor.

Learning how to live again after a brutal act is a difficult thing because the person that you were before is gone, life is forever changed. Now that's not to say you can't get back to some semblance of what your life was before but you will be changed and it's how you embrace that change, are you going to fight or crumble in on yourself and hide from life? This book shows us both sides of the argument Bayleigh at the beginning is closed off and is content with that kind of life. She stays in an environment where she is able to control everything, the one thing she can't control is her love for Tyler. Now boy do they have a story! It's intense and heartbreaking and beautiful in its own way. And not quite what you would expect.

I love how this book is told in multiple POV's Because I think it's essential to the story to get inside Tyler's head and how he is processing everything. It makes for an interesting match up from his push and Bayleigh's pull. And then you add Ryan into the mix and the story gets a new twist.

Gradually things become pretty complicated and the closer we get to
the end of the book it's grab the tissues time because you are gonna get a little teary eyed (or you can use my line and claim you have something in your eye) this book didn't go the way I expected it to, especially the ending! which is nice haha I don't usually get surprised on how a storyline goes but without getting spoilery there are some pretty big twists that happen! I can't wait to see where this story goes from here.

5 Stars!

I really liked this book. This author is one of my absolutely favorites in the indie world. Not only does she write amazing stories but she is also an incredible person. Her books have a way of pulling you in and not letting you go until the last word. They also linger with you long after you have finished reading. I became a huge fan of her from her first series and the growing she has done in her writing is absolutely phenomenal. I promise this is an author that you want to take a chance on.

This book was.... hauntingly beautiful. It was intense, passionate, sweet, edgy, emotional, and so emotionally draining in such a good way that I am not sure still that I can put into words the way this book moved me. This book was so beautiful and so heartbreaking that you start out in tears and end up in tears. This book will move you and speak to your soul... not letting go until it is ready too. I am on pins and needles for book two because that ending..... gah!... completely wrecked me.

This is Bayleigh's journey. Facing tragedies are hard and Bayleigh knows that first hand. Her life will never be the same after she faces it and is only going to get more complicated from here. Bayleigh is trying to survive so pushing people away seems like the best decision. But sometimes life has other plans for us and the route we will take. What happens when two men own your heart in a certain way? Can she survive another tragedy she is going to face? Will she be able to find the strength to survive and heal? This is only the beginning and definitely not the end to her story.

I highly recommend this book.

Holy Cow!! This love triangle was completely unexpected and I'm having a hard time with how to write this without giving everything away. What an amazing start to this new series! S. Moose has written a book that is impossible to put down because you just have to know how it ends. However, it ends in one mother of a cliffhanger.

Bayleigh is trying to recover from a horrific event and pushes everyone away, including her soul mate Tyler. She doesn't know how to cope and she's tired of everyone babying her. She wants someone to push her from the darkness. No one can until Ryan, Tyler's brother enters the picture. Spending so much time with Ryan, and with him getting her out of her funk, Bayleigh develops feelings and it confuses her. However, Ryan knows there can be no future for them because he's hiding a secret of his own.

Bayleigh is broken, but doesn't want what happened to her to define her future. She's broken, she's fierce, she's an amazing heroine. Above all, she's honest with both Tyler and Ryan so this doesn't turn into a secret love book. Tyler is kind, he's cute, but he's timid in how to treat Bayleigh after her incident which leads him lose her. He also does the unimaginable while trying to win Bayleigh's heart back. Ryan is definitely the bad boy, the one you secretly root for. He's loved Bayleigh since they were kids, but he knows he can't have her. When his secret is exposed, he also becomes selfish, but not in a way you hate him.

This was a page turner and I was upset when I got to the cliffhanger. I can't wait for book 2 to come so I can find out what happens next!

Love is messy

The concept of being in love with two people at the same time was always a difficult concept for me to handle. I hated love triangles until I read a book that explain it as soul mates and love. If I hadn't read that series before this book, I would be even more angry than I am now.

Bayleigh has been through a lot and can't seem to get her head above water. Tyler has loved her through it all and does everything he can to try and make it better.

Bay and Tyler were in love. She loves him, but can't be with him. He loves her but she won't allow him. They try for friendship.

How can you only be friends with the girl you have always loved? How do you fight her tears and the look of fear/horror when you touch her? Can you simply wait it out?

For more than a year, Tyler has been waiting it out. The ball is in her court...but Tyler never realized it would be a competition. Faced with the worst kind of news, what would you choose? How can you live with the consequences?

This book makes you feel. It makes you feel lost, confused, loved, and abandoned all at the same time. A depressing, yet hopeful book. Unfortunately, the ending does not alleviate any of your concerns. Hopes are crushed, but there is another book coming out. I hope I can make it through because I need a HEA.

I won a copy on an author giveaway.

This book is a very hard read - emotionally.

Something terrible happened to Bayleigh some time ago and she has still not recovered from it. She pushed away everyone, stayed at home all the time, and even broke up with her long-time boyfriend, Tyler Scott. He’s not ready to let her go, and will do anything to help her, but sometimes, it’s just really hard. He’s waiting for her, always will, but has to leave for a while for work in California.

Ryan Scott left years ago when he felt responsible for the tragedy that struck the woman he loves, who just happens to be his brother’s girlfriend. He’s back to town, and he wants to make things right with them. Slowly, he pushes Bayleigh’s limits and she learns to smile again. She’s falling for him, but she loves Tyler too. Which love will she choose, the Forever kind, or the Always kind?

This book was very emotional. I felt Bayleigh’s pain as she tries to move on after her life was offbeat. Her relationship with Tyler and also with Ryan is something to envy. They are all great together, but her indecision could put everything at risk, and she could lose the two of them. There were slower parts in this novel, but it was overall a great story. The last part of the book totally redeemed it for me.

I am not sure what to think.. I am in some kind of limbo lol..but I am so very MAD..
I felt a whole lot in this book and I even changed my mind on the characters a good few times.
I get where Bay is coming from..I really do..But sometimes I was getting frustrated with her..so that brings me to Ty..oh no I won't forgive what he did and how he behaved..not for one sec..but at other times I get his frustration. I loved him for most of the book..but towards the end I wanted to physically hurt him.
Ryan..I am totally in love and oh God..ok moving on..can't sat much cause I don't want to spoil..
I get Bay in Ryan's relationship..their friendship is solid and so great..so I didn't have any doubt she would see through what she had to do..
What can I say.. I didn't see a love triangle like this coming but the story was very good and now I can't wait for more..need more..I think I shouted at the kindle.
It's raw and very emotional..you could feel every character's emotions like your own..
Oh don't forget the tissues!!!

I can't begin to tell you all how utterly amazing this book is. I a totally overwhelmed with the emotions this book brought out of me. I have laughed, screamed and cried at different times in the book, but throughout all of it I had what we like to call 'the feels'! This book is incredibly unique in my opinion because the wonderfully talented S.Moose focusses not on events but on the feelings and emotions of these events, this is quite special. The three main characters Bayleigh, Ryan and Tyler are all loveable, but in very different ways. I loved each of them despite initially thinking I wasn't going to even like Ryan. This book although leaving you wanting more was perfectly ended to keep with the emotions and feel of the storyline. S.Moose you truly are an exceptionally talented author. This is your best book to date and you should be proud of yourself. I award this book 5 fabulous stars ~ Rosie

5 Heart String Pulling Stars!

Bayliegh had an awful beginning in her young life. Something so truly horrible, that it's easy to understand why she ends up pushing everyone away. Including the love of her life, childhood sweetheart, Taylor. She writes him a letter telling him to forget her. He writes one back, in voice-mail,  saying no way, he loves her and will fight for her.

This book is a love triangle, Taylor's twin brother Ryan leaves for 2 years and comes back to tell Bayleigh he's in love with her.

Now Bayleigh has a dilemma. Is she ready to move on with her love life? If so, who will she pick? Taylor, her childhood sweetheart or his twin brother Ryan?

This book was definitely a tear jerking, heart string pulling experience and I loved every bit of it.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review

As another reviewer put perfectly:

The most devastating 4 hours I have spent reading in a long time...
Ruined , crushed , wrecked and heartbroken- thanks A LOT !!

I had to put this book down so many times as I couldn't see through the tears to read it. Runny nose and all. I so was not a pretty sight.

The author really knows how to pull you in and connect you with all the characters.
You feel for them all.
Love them all and your heart breaks with them all.

It's not like your reading some made up story, it feels like your reading about someone's life. The pain and heartbreak they're going through.

No review i can write could really give this book justice. It's just wow.
But omg I can't wait till December to read the next installment.
Do you need a reviewer? I volunteer with waving hands screaming me me me pick me.

Twin brothers, Tyler and Ryan are both in love with Bayleigh. Because of past events Bayleigh pushes one away while she pulls the other closer. Bayleigh believes there are two kinds of love, the forever kind and the always kind.
The only thing that I didn’t like about this book is the cliffhanger…but I knew it was there and as soon as I finish writing this review, you can bet that I will be reading the next book. S. Moose has a style with her writing that I really love. She also ripped my heart out with this book. I recommend that you have the tissues ready because I don’t think you can read it without tears.
I don’t know if I believe that a person can really have two loves in their heart at the same time, but I do believe this is a book that I won’t be forgetting anytime soon. I love a great book like this one!

5 star

This is Bayleigh’s story. After a tragic event Bayleigh pushes everyone away. Even the person she has loved forever. Tyler is heartbroken but chooses to stay by Bayleigh and support her no matter what she thinks she wants. When Ryan Tyler’s brother comes back after leaving a few years ago he admits that he loves Bayleigh. What about what Bayleigh wants? Does she want one of these brothers? Will the feeling they both have for the same girl be the breaking point? Can these three survive another tragedy that could destroy them all? By the end I was expecting something totally different. Not sure how the next book will go as this one ended on such a cliffy…..

I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.

Everything in Bay's life changes in a moment of terror. My heart just broke for her. Tyler stood by her loving her through it, but she made the decision to let him go as she didn't want to hold him back. I loved that he never gave up on her even when she pushed him away. They make the choice to try again when he leaves town for work. Then his brother Ryan comes back into her life and makes her feel things that she wasn't expecting, but he has a secret of his own.

This story was heart wrenching and had me in tears a few times. I loved both Tyler and Ryan, but I was totally team Bay. I really enjoyed their story.

I give Offbeat 4 hearts!

Wow! Amazing

This was my first book by this author and I cannot wait to read the next book in the series.

This book was an emotional roller coaster ride but I loved every minute of it. Two brothers who love the same girl and one girl who loves them both equally but differently.

There are a lot of tough parts to this book but it was beautifully written even though the subject matter was so difficult.

Glad I found S Moose.

I met this author and model at Naughty Nashville and they are just awesome!!

Onto the book......

Where do i even start?! I loved this book and the characters in it. But.....I was starting to get frustrated with Bay.. ALOT!!! I loved Ryans character and Ty's. I know it must have been hard for all of them but i don't know if i could forgive Tyler so easily. I think he should have been there the whole time! It's going to be hard to wait for the next book!

I just finished reading Offbeat and I'm a mess. My face is streaked with tears and my eyes are red. Offbeat is a beautiful and heartbreaking love story. Typically I don't go for this type of story, but because S wrote it, I just HAD to read it. If you like an emotional read, you will adore this book!
