Wasn't as intriguing
We are still going round and round with Sawyer and who is he. Was Wayne killed. Where is Rose body? Hopefully all this mystery gets solved soon.

They find Rose's burial plot but there's a slight problem. Something rather important is missing.
Curtis now has two broken arms so maybe the curse is working? Or is it a coincidence? It gets worse for him but will this result is some kind of karmic payback? His behavior gets worse (if that's possible.)
Will sex with Sawyer work or will it be a disaster? Does he hide a major secret?
It turns out they someone who died may not have died of normal circumstances. There's a lot going on in this volume and the characters still remain well done and interesting.

Keep Reading
This is a series that you will have to start with the first book for context and character development. I have enjoyed the emotional roller-coaster ride with the main character. And there are plenty of, I didn't see that coming moments mixed with where are we going with the story line. You need to keep reading. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Nooo!
This is a totally all consuming story until that last page is turned! I couldn't wait for part 4 to release and devoured it in a matter of a short time. Talk about a page turner!! Now, waiting a month for the next installment is going to be torture! Ugh!!!

I'm loving this serial and it's gothic vibe. I have a feeling going to heat up the last two installments, I just love the cliffhanger. Stephanie Bond pours out such creativity in her yearly serials, Thank you Stephanie!
