If you're looking for a quick read with all the Hallmark Christmas type vibes that will have you both swooning and laughing out loud--- this is it! Harper and Theo don't get off to the greatest start--- what with her being sentenced to serve out community service hours at Tannenbaum Farms (his family's tree farm) by a smalltown judge... but it doesn't take long at all for sparks to fly the more time they spend together. And of course, a little meddling from his mom who is determined to see her sons fall in love certainly didn't hurt anything either! I really found myself loving these two together! Their story felt cozy and festive, and I absolutely adored it. While it was a short read, it didn't feel like it at all. I certainly could have enjoyed more time at Tannenbaum Farms, but the story felt complete and not at all rushed. The shorter length makes it an ideal choice for this busy holiday season. This is definitely one you'll want to add to your holiday TBR.

All I Want Fir Christmas is a closed-door romance with kisses only and no language.

🌲 The vibes:
- novella
- Christmas tree farm
- Grumpy x sunshine
- She’s a felon
- Closed door

🌲 My thoughts:
When Harper lands herself with a felony, she’s ordered to complete community service hours at the Tannenbaum Farms. Theo is in the process of taking over the farm so that his parents can finally retire, but when he’s tasked with monitoring Harper, it’s his final straw that breaks his overwhelmed back. “Amidst the twinkling lights and fragrant pines, an unlikely romance blossoms between the grumpy Theo and the free-spirited Harper. Can they overcome their differences and find lasting joy, or will their union be as fleeting as the Christmas season?”

🌲 I thought this was really cute. I loved the setting of the family tree farm so much. It felt so cozy and christmassy the entire time. There’s an overinvolved (but well meaning) mother, and a very endearing family which tied it all together for me. I really liked what I got and feel like I would’ve loved even more. The dynamic between Theo and Harper was really sweet, and I would have loved to have gotten more of them individually and together.

🌲 It doesn’t get too deep, but I think it all still worked really well considering the format of this is a novella and everything kind of has to move very quickly. And you know it’s a good one when my judgy butt is won over by a convicted felon. 😂 🙈

🌲 The set up in the beginning did feel a bit outlandish- however, the author had to get the story rolling quick and the felony couldn’t be anything that would make Harper * too * crazy, so I accepted it.

🌲 If you are looking for a quick and cozy Christmas read, this is a great option.

“You’re all it for me.”

-All I Want Fir Christmas, is such a delightful charming closed door sweet romance that brings home all the cozy, festive feelings with a lot of swoon and a little sass! Amidst the twinkling lights and fragrant pines, watching an unlikely romance blossom between the grumpy Theo and the free-spirited Harper is simply a delight! The banter between this duo never ceases, along with the sparks of chemistry and swoon along the way, will have your heart! This dear story brings out all the cozy and festive vibes. Now, while this is a short read, it doesn’t feel like it at all! It’s perfect for the holiday season ahead, as it is weaved with such loveable characters, a beautiful backdrop setting, and has all the emotions. I love also that this story is a closed door romance with kisses only and no language! It’s really a delightful story worth the read and with a Happily ever after guaranteed! Are you ready for all the fun Christmas feels? I am!!! And this book was such a fun way to dive into the upcoming holiday season! What's better than going to a tree farm to find that perfect Christmas tree and experience some family fun and feel the magic? How about a Santa and Mrs. Clause in costume who keep getting put into the same proximity and all the matchmaking from a momma is happening to make sure these two get together!

I loved this sweet and adorable story so much! This was my first book by this author and I'm excited to read her other books! I was engaged and connected to these characters. I loved the Tannenbaum Farms family! They have some struggles but I loved watching them trying to work them out, and sometimes being forced to by the matriarch of the family! LOVE HER CHARACTER LOTS!!! You will too!

There were so many sweet moments. Moments that had me swooning and sighing. And most definitely cheering for Theo and Harper! They both, as individuals, needed to figure out some things about themselves and once they were able to do that-a lot of times with each other's help-they were able to move forward and not be afraid to go for what they truly wanted in life.

I hope you love this sweet Christmas story as much as I do. You'll laugh and swoon and cheer like I did!

I received a copy from the author. All thoughts and opinions in the review are my own.

Happy Reading!!!

If I wasn't already in the mood for Christmas, All I Want Fir Christmas definitely put me there! This was my first Ella Beachley book, and it won’t be my last. Her writing style had me hooked from the start—I felt like I was living among Christmas trees, cute pups, and festive lights on a cozy tree farm, and I already want to go back. This story brought all the best Hallmark vibes in the sweetest way, making me crave more! The pacing was just perfect, delivering all the cute, heartwarming moments and even a few giggles. From Christmas trees to a guy who takes care of you when you’re sick, to a surprising “fellon” who kept things interesting, this novella didn’t feel rushed like some can. Instead, the timeline felt so natural and smooth that I didn’t want it to end! If you’re craving a heartwarming Christmas read, this is definitely one to pick up. 🎄

Super fun Christmas story. The grump/sunshine vibe is big in this one. But you feel for Theo early on and realized that his grumpiness is really more insecurity.

And the reason Harper ends up at the Christmas tree farm is hilarious.

This one has lots of feels!

I had the pleasure of beta reading this Christmas novella and it is such a fun and cute read! As always, Ella combines humour with a sweet love story.

This book also has an appearance by Luca, who is such a fun character! If you haven’t read Ella’s other books, definitely read That One Time in Oregon, featuring Luca has the MMC!

Book alert!! 🔔 Ring those {Christmas} bells because I have a book to share. Ella Beachley’s seasonal novella All I Want Fir Christmas is one you don’t want to miss. Solid 4.5 stars, rounded up!

This grumpy/sunshine rom-com has all the feels of your favourite cozy Christmas movies. Although the “felon” premise was a tad far-fetched, it was still hilarious and absolutely the exact right amount of cheesy. 😉 Then, throw in a Christmas Tree farm setting on the Oregon Coast…yes, please! Harper and Theo are leading characters you’ll want to root for, and the secondary characters (like Theo’s brother Bryce & their meddling-in-the-bestest-of-ways mom) are exceptional, too. I loved the small town festive vibes.

All I Want Fir Christmas (can we also pause for a sec and high five this punny title?!) is linked to one of Beachley’s other novels - That One Time in Oregon - but can be read as a standalone. It’s definitely an easy breezy read you should put on your TBR this holiday season! 🎄

A huge and heartfelt thank you to the author for sending me an ARC. I feel honoured at the chance to be one of the first to read & spread joy about it.

This is the first book of Ella Beachley’s duology about Tannenbaum Farms and the Bates brothers.  These book work hand in hand, so I suggest reading them right after each other since their timeline is the same.

Theo Bates is the younger of the two sons, who help run the Christmas tree farm alongside their parents.  At book start, it’s the day before their season opens and they’re having their traditional burritos, when Theo’s brother drops the news that he might not want to take over the business in the future anymore.  Not only is this news jarring, but it’s also downright selfish as Theo was hoping not to have to don the Santa suit this year on top of everything else.

Harper Sutton has had it!  Her friend, Lainey, that she dropped her comfortable job for, just dropped a bombshell’s worth of news that she’s headed to Costa Rica.  The two have been traveling around to do social media features on various things around the country, but not now.  Harper is getting ditched for a random guy her friend met in a bar – some minor property damage later… she’s playing Mrs. Claus alongside Theo’s Santa for the season!  Thanks to Judge Haws enlisting Amy Bates to help supervise her community service.

Amy Bates… this meddling mom is great at sticking her nose into her sons’ business and creating more work for him in the process.  In addition to watching Theo must pour on the charm for the kiddos, she attempts to play matchmaker with his Mrs. and help co-chair the Festival of the Trees!  This book would not have been the same without her or quite frankly Bing Crosby (the dog)!  This story gives you a lot of holiday feels with all the quaint charm you could ever ask for!  To say I’m excited to see what’s in store for the other book is the biggest understatement!  Job well done Ella!

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is book 1 in the Tannebaum Farms Series and can be read as a standalone. All I Want Fir Christmas is told through Theo and Harper's pov and is a clean holiday romance that will give you the best Hallmark vibes.

From the moment we met Harper, I knew this was going to be a good story. While her actions leading her to having to complete court mandated community service would make one think otherwise, she was good at planning. Spending time at Tannenbaum Farms allowed her to relax, use her talents, and rethink how she wanted her future to look like - especially once she began to get close to Theo. Though he could be a bit of grump, he cared deeply about the things that mattered to him, like running Tannenbaum Farms. I liked how having Harper by his side brought him challenges that he needed. I liked their banter and the way their relationship shifted from strangers to friends to having romantic feelings. Their romance was a clean one consisting of sweet kisses and no foul language was used. Aside from the romance, I found the matchmaking entertaining and it was easy to be drawn into the Christmas mood. Overall, I enjoyed this one and know readers who are looking for a sweet Christmas romance will too.

“It’s Christmas, you know? And isn’t Christmas the time to throw caution to the wind and dream big?”

I love this sweet and cozy Novella. I love the endearing characters and the small town Christmas tree farm feel that is just so dreamy! I love Harper and Theo, they are adorable together! The journey they go on to their happily ever after is so sweet! I really loved every single second of reading their story!

This Christmas Novella by Ella Beachley was a great way to get in the Christmas spirit. I loved the characters of Harper and Theo and the hallmark atmosphere of the Christmas tree farm. Harper has to do community service at Tannenbaum farms as Mrs. Claus. Theo isn't quite ready for the holiday season at the family Christmas tree farm, where he will play Santa Claus while helping run the farm. I loved that Harper and Theo aren't really enjoying each other's company but begin to have feelings for each other. I enjoyed both characters, but I enjoyed them more together. This book had some great small additions of characters from Ella Beachley's other books, having read those I loved getting to see the characters again in this book. This novella is a sweet no spice romance that is full of Christmas spirit.

Harper has quit her real estate photography job to run her friend’s IG page. It doesn’t go so well when she’s ditched for the holidays and ends up with community service ordered to be fulfilled at Tannenbaum Farms.

Theo’s family owns the farm and his brother threw a curveball the night before opening day, which in the Christmas tree business is Thanksgiving. He’s suited up to play Santa until another wrench in his plans, a Mrs. Claus.

A fun and sweet holiday read.

Harper’s Christmas is not turning out like she planned. Her college roommate and business partner just turned her life upside down, shocking Harper. With no place to live and no way to make money, Harper has reached her breaking point.

Theo has worked hard to learn how to run his family’s Christmas tree farm, and this year he wants to prove that he and his brother are capable of taking it over. His plans for that hit a bit of a speed bump when his brother announces that he may want out. So he’s feeling less than holly jolly when his mom appears with a beautiful woman needing to fulfill community service by playing Mrs. Claus to his Santa.

“The guy is good-looking, but if he's one of those brooding men, I'm going to be less than impressed. Why women fall all over themselves for men who are closed-off and gruff is beyond me.”

Harper is feisty and free-spirited, always moving and traveling, while Theo is a small town family man who doesn’t really like people.

From their early morning workouts, to playing Mr. and Mrs. Claus, they find that they bring a good balance to one another. They find contentment and joy in just being together.

“I'm finding that he's not as bad as I initially thought and I'm enjoying his company. The grinch is slowly thawing and there's so much to like about him.”

I enjoyed the evolution of their relationship. A bit of grumpy/sunshine that turns into bantering about music and enjoying dinners together with the ever present Pepsi 😉

Festive and funny, sweet and sassy, this is full of lovable characters, a meddling mother, and hilarious moments all set amidst the magic of a Christmas tree farm. A joy of a book!!!

Thank you to Ella Beachley for the copy. All opinions are my own.

Hilariously Sweet Christmas Romance

Harper and Theo are amazing.

I love their meet-grumpy and how they both heal and grow together. There are so many sweet moments in this story!
Theo is such a gentleman and I loved how his softer side emerged around Harper.
Harper, man your heart just hurts for her and then you just want to giggle and squeal as her happily ever after comes to pass.

As always, I love the food mentioned. Make sure to have peppermint ice cream on hand while reading for ultimate enjoyment of this story!

Seriously, a favorite Christmas romance read!

This book had such a fun twist to it. Theo helps run his family tree farm and part of that is being Santa. When Harper needs to do court ordered community service, she gets assigned to help at Tannebaum Farms as Mrs. Claus.

Favorite parts:
-Theo taking care of Harper when she’s sick.
-Theo’s mom Amy and her matchmaking ways— “I’m a pretty good perk of marrying a Banks boy.”
-Harper telling Theo that he’s her favorite person

Favorite Quotes:
“Your list. What is on your list that has made the elusive Theo Banks unable to find his perfect match?”
I scratch the side of my face and drag out what’s on the tip of my tongue. Because I hadn’t met you yet, is what I want to say.

It’s like coming home and finally finding what you’ve always been blindly searching for.

I am not much of a novella person but anything written by Ella I will read. This Christmas story is absolutely whimsically, hysterical, adorable and absolutely worth your time! By the end you’ll be ready to cut your tree and get out your Christmas decorations.

I went into this read blind and was not expecting Harper’s situation to go down hill so quickly. My draw quickly dropped by the end of chapter one and I was giggling and smiling through the rest! Throw in a nosy scheming mother and a dash of Tannenbaum Farms magic and Theo never stood a chance.

Read for:
-Laugh out loud moments
-Steamy kisses
-Grumpy MMC
-Felon FMC
-Christmas tree farm aesthetic
-Quick read
-Dual POV

This book was so cute I was hooked from the start. It is such a refreshing read and the best way to kick start your Christmas Spirit.

It was so fun to see grinchy Theo warm up to our resident felon Harper. They are just too cute and so perfect for each other as chief meddler and mom, Amy, could see from the very beginning.

This book did an incredible job skirting the wholesome Christmas love story without falling into Hallmark territory. There were many giggles and butterflies dumped in with the Christmas cheer. This is definitely added to my re-read list for next Christmas!

This is a charming Hallmark Christmas story in the perfect little novella package.

It gives us all the feels we'd want from a light, swoony, small-town Christmas tree farm romance. It made me laugh out loud and it had impressive character back story for only being 145 pages.

My favorite thing was how realistic the dynamic and conflict felt between the characters. No forced plot points to add angst or intrigue. It was just natural and refreshing honestly.

I'm excited to read book two to hear Bryce's story. I'm interested to see how Ella weaves their story into the timeline.

4.5 stars — This was the perfect Christmas novella to kick off November with - it was short and sweet and full of Christmas cheer!

When I read Christmas books I want them to scream Christmas, I want them to full of Christmas everything and this was that book! The whole book was set in Oregon on a tree farm which is pretty perfect, the only way it would’ve been better is if it was set in Idaho. 😜

One of my favorite things about Ella’s books is that she puts in little nuggets of her real life into her characters! I always get so much joy finding those things within the main characters. And speaking of main characters, Harper and Theo were so great, the banter and tension between the two was spot on! They were flirty and cute and Theo taking care of Harper was my favorite!

All I Want Fir Christmas is another darling romance from Ella Beachley - Christmas style! Theo and Harper are drawn together by the forces of fate (in the form of a court order and a meddling mother :D). I loved how their relationship developed and all of their banter.
