This is a lovely book. Well written with lots of research and references should you want to delve further into the history of the Caribbean islands, the food, culture. Covering 20+ islands. There are recipes that are explained clearly and alternate cooking methods. I bought this for my kindle but will definitely be getting a physical copy.
