Walk: Find Your Path to happiness and Mindfulness in Nature by Sholto Radford is a lovely, slightly larger than hand sized book with textured pages that feel good in your hands, pages with whimsical, soothing illustrations and thoughts and suggestions to create a mindful, peaceful time in nature.

Mehe, kind of repetitive. Nothing most people wouldn't already know or already aspire to. I might even say it's boring.
