Dig Two Graves is not a simple revenge story—it’s a slow, unsettling unraveling of power, attraction, and control.
Avery believes she has a plan. She’s methodical, observant, and certain she can enter Sebastian’s world and leave untouched. But the deeper she goes, the more that certainty cracks. What begins as investigation turns into entanglement, and what looks like intimacy becomes leverage.
The Wolfe family is layered with grief, silence, and hidden motives. As Avery uncovers the truth, the danger shifts from hypothetical to immediate. She’s no longer invisible, and control—once assumed—is no longer hers. Every choice tightens the trap.
What makes this book stand out is how it refuses to romanticize control. Tenderness is never safe here, and attraction doesn’t soften the threat—it sharpens it. Knowing Sebastian’s past doesn’t make the situation easier; it makes it far more volatile. Revenge was never going to stay clean.
Dark, gripping, and psychologically intense, Dig Two Graves explores what revenge costs—and what happens when the game changes hands.

Avery Carmichael has a score to settle and it involves Sebastian Wolfe- a ruthless billionaire. He seemingly cares for no one but himself and his business. However, he has made Avery’s first and only *disappear*, and Avery will not stop until Sebastian is in the grave too.

She is “bought” by him in a poker game and has to life with him for a month. Her plan is to get entail on Sebastian and how to bring him down and hurt him the way she’s hurt, but he starts to give her lessons of pleasure, and she dawdles between why she’s sent there and desire.

-I didn’t think that her mission isn’t even really started until the end of this book.
-I love that Roxy always end on a cliffhanger.

DNF; got like 60% through before grimacing at the description of the FMC giving the MMC head: “I adjust to the meaty intrusion.” :////

Also, not enough background or complexity for the characters; they feel like caricatures rather than individuals.
