Four Confessions

A man's longing to understand his mother's murder spurs him into actions not considered appropriate for someone in his position. While he does discover the reason for his mother's death and the person behind it, and while he does gain a greater understanding of his family, he does not get to hear the words which might have granted him closure. However, he does become instrumental in the redemption of one individual who was at least as vile as the man who killed his mother.
