No. Just no. I read „Knot Safe For Work“ by this author and really liked it. (I gave it 4 ⭐️)
I also said you get what’s written in the blurb, but with this one? You get humiliating s*x scenes, no adoration or connection whatsoever between the characters and an absurd amount of creepy vibes. Not really what was promised in the blurb. Getting her pants ripped while being RIGHT NEXT to literal strangers?? And not even the alphas caring about her in this situation? Athema the female alpha, came across as very cold and distant which gave me zero sympathy towards her. Also the why did I need to witness that bedsheet scene were, again, literal strangers could touch her and watch her get f*cked?? I‘m never one to say that if romance books or any book has spice in it, that it is p*rn.
Smut & spicy scenes simply happen in real life too so why should it be shunned in books. But this, the bedsheet scene, it felt like reading a literal s*x story and it made me very uncomfortable since I expected different things.

With having read a good rated book from this an author and then *this* mess I don‘t really know if I would pick up another one 🫠

Just what I needed

I was really craving a GOOD FFMM story, but I was also in the mood for omegaverse. Do you know how HARD that can be to find? This is by far my favorite one so far. It was quick, seeing as it is just a novella, but I absolutely loved the writing style and the characters.

Cute and spicy

"Maring dance" by Lilith K Duat is a super fast paced instalove OV. For such a quick bite the novella packs plenty of heat, and is deliciously sweet and spicy.

Super quick

I am not sure I would read it again, but I am not sorry I read it. It's definitely different from the other stories I have read. I think I would have enjoyed it more with just a little more information.
