Just write! Dan writes. Well, actually, he types... so he's more of a typist than a writer. If he's any good at it is really up to you, and none of his business.
Leave a review, seriously, it's okay.
Dan lives in small town Midwest and writes and makes short films. He owes his imagination to his two beautiful children, and the guts to put it out there to a loving...and patient wife.

I thought it was interesting that a middle grade book focused on a funeral home. It’s not a topic that I think people would be comfortable with. I liked Mortimer and his grandpa. The magic was interesting as well.

What a whimsical and quirky story about death for young adults.
Mortimer lives with his grandpa in the old mansion and his family’s business is death, they offer mortuary services to the town of tragedy. When tragedy hits close to home for Mortimer he finds himself alone and throws himself into the family business. But soon a tragedy far worse than he could imagine occurs and he has to say goodbye to someone he can’t bear to be without.
While trying to run the family business, Mortimer finds he has an enemy trying to bring him down. He has to rise to the occasion, right some wrongs, and work hard with the help of his friends to keep his mortuary and customers afloat.
It’s a short fun and unique story that adds a little whimsy to death
GRIM’S FUNERAL PARLOR Under that in smaller print, it read: PREVENTING HAUNTINGS SINCE 1859 I love this so much
“We start out our tale as he takes his first breath. A sweet little boy who was born into death.”
This book gave off paranorman vibes which was cute I do love that movie. This book is unique, quirky book full of whimsy and magic and death. It’s done in such a fun way I enjoyed it.
