Introducing the first of three of a series of new Blade Runner mini-series, exploring and expanding the universe of Blade Runner with a brand new world.
Sickened by the seemingly never-ending war on the far-off planet of Kathanlia, a squad of 12 Nexus 6 Combat Replicants led by their human NCO, go AWOL in an attempt to escape and live out their days in peace, preferably on some sun kissed outer world colony. To finance their dream, they plan to rob a corrupt Tyrell syndicate Executive and erase their records before disappearing. Learning of their desertion and theft, the CEO sends out team of Corporate Blade Runners to retire them all with extreme prejudice.
Now to earn their retirement, they’re going to have to fight for it…

A Bladerunner story, set on a new home planet. The art was gorgeous, the panels were well done, and the world was brilliantly realised. I also enjoyed all the little extras at the end. I just found I wasn't terribly interested in the story, which unfortunately has dragged down my overall score.
Some of the most stunning art in the Titan Comics Blade Runner series.
As for its plot, while it is a little interesting some of it can be confusing and not be clearly communicated while also somehow losing a sense of subtlety that the franchise should have.
Additionally some of the art direction causes a few panels to stand out as really confusing and difficult to understand, but in spite of its flaws I still really liked this one.
TITAN has done such a great job with the Blade Runner franchise. I've loved most of the universe and characters they've created. Catch up, people! This book however is a bit of a retred: PI and partner trying to figure out what The Tyrell Corporation is doing and oh! One of them is a replicant! So of course they can't be trusted. The art however is loverly.
