I struggled a lot with reading and writing when I was younger. Being dyslexic made it extremely hard for me, but I loved writing stories even then.
I wrote Rise Above in secret too scared and embarrassed that it wasn't good enough, that people would laugh at it, at me.
My husband pushed me to take the leap. So I did. Not having an editor to start with and a friend making my cover it scary jumping into a world your unsure of what to do. Learning as I go.
Its the best decision I ever made. The response was amazing.
I am currently working on the rest of the series. And plan on writing until I run out of words.
I love it and one thing I've learnt is you only live once and you should to do what you love and what makes you happy.
I hope that people enjoy my stories as much as I enjoy writing them.

I have been really enjoying this series and I love that we are getting everyone's story but my only problem I have been having is that they all seem to be running off the same plot now, the same situation happens and the same ending occurs I just wish there was more varity. I really liked Spider's character all though sometimes I found him way harsher than he needed to be and I liked Nova I think she was a great character to add to the series. I absolutely loved Rage throughout this book he honestly had me in stitches from some of the things he was coming out with, I just wished that he was like this in his own book it was like he lost all his personality when it came to him and then in everyone else's book he seems to be back to his funny old self. I can't wait to see where Acid goes in his story I am just hoping we see a different plotline this time instead of the same predicitablity.

Another winner of a visit with the black hearts MC!
Spider and Acid have got an horrific history together, one that has bonded them for life as brothers and best friends. When Acid’s sister, Nova arrives at the club, Spider, sensing a few red flags, goes into a-hole mode and instantly makes her life hell.
However, as truths are revealed and reunions are held it soon becomes apparent that they have another enemy to slay!
I love these guys, the banter, the humour, the brotherhood and I equally love the ol’ladies who almost have their own little club going on…they make me chuckle every-time!!
I’m looking forward to Acid next and finding out all about his visitors….

Just when I thought I had my favourite Black Hearts MC man out comes another book and makes me rethink my decision.
Spider is an amazing read. Can't go wrong with the best friends sister trope!
And even though this book is about Spider/Nova and Acid, the love amd banter from the others is still there making you laugh and feeling part of the club!

major editorial mess
Now I liked this story. I did. But I have one question. Where on earth was the editor? Did they actually read the book? Maybe there was never an editor and just a proof reader.
Lots of misspellings and incorrect phrasing but the worse was…… SPOILER ALERT. sorry, but to explain this mess I will have to reveal a bit of the plot so read no further If you don’t want to know.
So, the guys from the MC find the girls in an apartment where they were taken after the kidnapping and rescue them. We’re told how a couple of our guys take away 2 of the kidnappers who tried to rape Star and Nova. We then see the women and the guys chatting and Star and Maggie explaining how they came to be taken.
Nova wants Spider to take her home but he says they have club business. The next paragraph we’re knee deep in the guys torturing and dismembering the kidnappers. There’s nothing to say the women have left and that our guys have gone to the place the kidnappers are being held. It’s just one minute they were all standing there chatting and next body parts are being shoved in mouths.
Once the kidnappers are dead Spider says he’s going home to his woman so obviously there was a separation.
It is such a major mistake. I thought the women were watching all this and wondering why the men would do this in front of them if it’s club business.
Such a major mistake. It’s like the author misplaced a few paragraphs. Can it be corrected? Probably too late now. Really ruined it for me.
So the rating reflects the mess editorially.

A lot of these bikers are very hesitant to admit their feelings at first, but man, this push and pull between Spider and Nova had me heated in more ways than one! Of course, Nova being Acid's little sister complicates things more, giving us a bit of that "forbidden" romance...
Between Acid going nomad, and Nova hiding parts of her past from the MC, there was so much to discover throughout this story, and so much tension within the group. I was glad to see Nova tell Spider off when he was being a jerk to her, but I was even more glad when he finally admitted he cared for her despite the MC bro-code holding him back. These two are a lovely pair, and I look forward to seeing their relationship evolve throughout the rest of this series as we continue to read about the remaining members' love stories!

I am so excited, I am in awe of this great series. I absolutely loved Spider and Nova’s story ❤️❤️❤️ Spider and his brother-in-arms, Acid both carried guilt for a wrong they thought they’d committed years ago. Nova turns up at the clubhouse looking for her brother. The rest they say is history but I assure you it’s a history you are going to want to read about. Positively amazing, a definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎🖤

Spider never dreams he woild be a man who would settle down, he loves his club life and entertaining the club bunnies but he cant get over the intense feelings he gets when he first sets sights on Nova.
Spider and Acid are more than club brothers, they have been through alot together over the years and mean so much to each other, so what will happen when Spider sleeps with Nova, who is Acid sister?!?
I honestly feel like this MC should be run by the crazy and wild Old Ladies at this point though!! LOL

I don't even know where to start... wow just wow!
The Black Hearts MC just gets better and better, I fall more in love with the characters every book.
Spider and Nova, they just hit different. What they have to overcome, how strong they are and how much chemistry!

Spider is the 6th book in the Black Hearts MC series. Nova shows up at the BHMC compound looking to hide from someone while also reconnecting with her brother, Acid. Spider is Acid's best friend which makes Nova off-limits, but he can't stop himself from pursing her.
What I Liked
- Nova's understanding and forgiveness for actions taken by Spider and Acid in the past
- Spider's protective nature with Acid when they were kids and with both Nova and Acid as adults.
What Fell Flat
- Spider and Nova denying their relationship when Acid finds out.
Overall, 3.5/5 stars since I enjoyed it enough to want to read more of the series, but I'm not sure I'll read this specific book in the series again.

I binged the entire series in about a week. WOW I cant wait for ACID 😫😫😫 but also not ready for the series to be over so I hope theres more to come IDK WHAT IM GONNA DO I THINK ABOUT THIS SERIES SO MUCH

Loved, loved, quadruple loved.
I was looking forward to Spider’s book, especially since the watching scene from Beast (if you know, you know!). It did NOT disappoint!
Like the rest, Spider has a screwed up past, growing up in conditions that no child or teenager should, but then he found the Black Hearts MC, gaining a brotherhood that shows loyalty, commitment and love (in their own way).
When a ‘random’ girl shows up claiming to be one of his brother’s sister, he calls bull. There’s something off about her, and knowing both his and his brothers past, it has to be impossible for it to truly be her.
The story between Spider and Nova is perfect! She’s quiet, but sassy, often portraying a false confidence to those around her. He’s flirty, dangerous but willing to lay down his life for those he loves.
She’s forbidden, after all, she does say she’s the sister of one of his MC brothers, right?
Once again, the author has written this story incredibly. I was absolutely hooked from start to finish, couldn’t put it down!
If I ever have to live a life without the Black Hearts MC, I’m not sure what I’ll do 🥲

This is a best friend's sister romance that will tick all the boxes for you.
Nova comes to the MC to find her brother Acid, who is currently nomad, and waits for his return. They have a lot of things to sort out and both are hiding secrets. Whilst waiting for Acid the tension between Spider and Nova grows, so much push and pull! And I Ioved it! In true L.G. Campbell style even though this book is dark in parts it is full of humour and witty one liners. The Ol' ladies have me in stitches 😂
It is definitely a page turner and I read it in one sitting, I devoured it!! I absolutely love this series and can't wait for the next book 💜

Full of her trademark angst and dark humour, this fast paced and unbelievably sexy story had me gripped from the start and I absolutely devoured it in one sitting.
I adored Spider and Nova and absolutely loved their chemistry. It just sizzled off the pages. Spider is absolutely horrible towards Nova when he’s pushing her away, I definitely started to dislike him but in the end I loved how he redeemed himself. Nova is an absolute sweetheart but with secrets of her own.
As always we get the usual shenanigans with the ol’ ladies, I definitely loved catching with star and the girls and couldn’t stop laughing at the trouble they find themselves in yet again.
Overall another fantastic chapter in the black hearts mc story and I cannot wait to see where they take us next.

Nova has endured a traumatic life and discovering her long lost brother is with Black Hearts MC, she arrives at the clubhouse to seek his help and protection. But Acid is not there he is off radar as a Nomad. His childhood friend and club brother Spider doesn’t welcome her with open arms.
This is a fast paced gripping page turner, full of tension, action, drama, secrets and emotional turmoil with a hero that you will definitely dislike at times and the usual banter and humour that we expect from the Black Hearts MC.
Another 5* story from this amazing series. I can’t wait for the next book.

Nova & Spiders' story is full of everything you love from this series it's fast-paced, sexy and dark. Full of the best MC banter and brotherhood. I loved that there was a genuine push and pull between Spider & Nova - he was so mean!! But he redeemed himself.

The antics these Bikers and their ol' ladies get up to is something else. Once I start reading a LG Campbell book, I am hooked and cannot put it down until I have finished. Spider is no different, a fast paced page turner of hot bikers, a sprinkle of erotica and humour! What else could a girl want! 💕

I cannot get enough of the Black Hearts MC and their banter 🙈 whether it’s the brothers, the ol’ ladies, or both, they always manage to get me laughing out loud.
Took me less than 24 hours to read Spider’s story and I already can’t wait for the next book 🙊

Nora is in trouble with a stalker and runs to her brother in the MC. Spider is who she finds and that is where the action, suspense, mystery, twist and turns edge of your seat not wanting to put down the book and leaving you wanting more..

This book was wonderful. I like how slowly but surely Nova chipped down the wall that Spider had built around his heart, even when they didn't get along. I really enjoy that characters from LG Campbell's earlier books make an appearance. I'm looking forward to her next story.
