Wow!
Author Bryce is an amazingly talented author. The Sky Lord series is testament to that. While every one of his previous series was excellent (and I wholeheartedly encourage you to read them all!) Sky Lord is somewhat of a departure. Battle scenes are more intense; there’s more dialogue and cooperation between MC and crew during battles, more action, and more danger from powerful adversaries who inflict grievous damage . But other concepts remain the same - relationship building; trust; family building - and deep commitment based on those values.
I truly enjoy Author Bryce’s writing - he knows how to string words together in a way that highlights his own personal values while telling an interesting and compelling story. This series should be on your “must read” list.

This series has been enjoyable so far. The second book is showing the MC's character progression as well as his crew. The secondary characters are progressing and are well woven into the story. I look forward to the further adventures of this series.

Worth the wait!
I've always enjoyed this authors works but this series is exceptionally well written and a fun story to read!! Lots of adventures and fun fantasy activities all throughout!!!
