I LOVED THISSSSS! This was my first book by Mark Hall and while I’ve loved Casting Crowns (they’ve been my favorite band since middle school lolllll), I had yet to read anything he’d written in a non-song format.

I loved how it almost read like a Max Lucado book (fav Christian author so HUGE compliment) but still kept his own personal approach to this topic. I made numerous notes and really “studied” this book and I learned so much! From the insights from Scripture to the real-life experiences from people who have seen God’s hand in their life in an amazing way. Truly inspiring and I cannot wait to read other works by Mark!

If you're looking for a "rubber meets the road" type of Christian encouragement book, this is it. Mark Hall uses clear, concise Biblical principles to help us and others align our lives with Jesus. A terrific read for someone who's wondering if they have claimed their own faith. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Mark Hall does a great job in reminding us how important it is to the life of a Christian to truly make Jesus our own. We can’t live off the faith of another person no matter how much they love and care for us. A great book that everyone should read!

I thought it was a good book about making your walk with Jesus personal.

Just a heads up, chapter 5 has a very graphic story about an abortion. I get the point he was trying to make but I didn't need the gruesome details.
