This book published by Puffin Books is also noted to be "A Dorling Kindersley Book" and was first published in Great Britain by DK in 1995.
I don't have any interest in vehicles, but my toddler son loves them, so we have read this book quite a few times. It is presented in a bright and interesting way, with each double spread containing a large photograph of a type of aeroplane or other airport machine, with small text bytes and some handdrawn cartoonish pictures with fun facts.
We also own the Fire Engine and Truck book in this Mighty Machines set.
Airplanes By Cristopher Maynard MIN: 150 DAYS: 6-9 FEB
Well this book is a very cool book because this is about everything about airplanes and then it says all about planes. The next part the book says is that the smaller aircraft are easier to fly. Here in Costa Rica you can see airplanes like a De Havilland DHC-6 or a Cessna Grand Caravan. This planes are the biggest planes of the proppeller planes they are about 12 person seating. The book also says it is a plane that its cockpit is very big. The plane was developed in Seattle in the Boeing King Field Airfield. Last Saturday I went on that plane it was very big. I landed with my uncles help in PAVAS". The flight took about 1:40 from Drake to Pavas so it is to long. The De Havlilland Twin Otter is a very big plane with 2 propellers on the sides. In my Flight Sim I have at my house y love flying that it is very fast. It's about 140 knots. The airport we landed is a short strip of land. This year on March I am going to go to Florida to see a airshow. The bad thing of this plane is that its radio panel and the altimeter is really up. Last week in the airport it was very cool to see our landing after seeing planes land roughly. In My simulator there is all kinds of planes. My planes I like is B737 and A320.
