On a red-eye from New York to Los Angeles, the passengers of Flight 725 are shaken by a sudden, blinding flash of light. As they try to make sense of what happened, terror strikes—one of them is found dead, and it’s clear the death was no accident.
With the plane still in the air and nowhere to run, the passengers realize they are trapped with a killer. Paranoia spreads as everyone becomes a suspect, and trust dissolves in the claustrophobic cabin.
As the body count rises, the survivors must identify the murderer before the plane lands—or before they all meet a gruesome end.

If you learn nothing else from this book, it should he “follow your first mind.” I’m sure by the end, that’s exactly what Tamara wished she would have done, as they definitely ignored all the red flags.
This story had a lot of unstable characters, which checkered the pasts. The way these authors intertwined their stories together was nothing short of amazing. And the connection between HWY 725 and Flight 725.
Going forward, I need a full background check on every single person on my flight lol. Very much recommended read for thriller fans that keep you on the edge of your seat!
Well done ladies. 👏🏿 I wondered why the characters were introduced the way they were, but then the pieces began to come together. Tamara girl... I bet you'll listen to your gut next time huh? Then you have that little extra razzle dazzle, and you still ignored it? 👀😤
I was surprised to see Shania in her current role, but it suits her. When all hell breaks loose, I wondered what the hell is going on? Something was awry, but what? Better yet who? Fast paced, and heart thumping ride! When we find out who was behind it all, and Shania's reaction was the cherry on top! 😂 Enjoyed this! 👍🏿👍🏿
😅 I really enjoyed this fast paced, suspenseful thriller. I was along for the ride the whole time. It's short enough to be read in one sitting & believe me, you won't be able to put it down.
I couldn't figure out who was responsible for all this mayhem on the flight, but the ending really shocked me! I loved how all of the characters were somehow intertwined or connected in a way & it made you question who on the plane could be responsible. Everyone was questionable!
I do suggest reading HWY 725 first since it showcases a character that's in this book, Flight 725. (I didn't & wasn't too lost, but I did go back & immediately read once I realized I should've)
Now next time I book a flight and IF it says "Flight 725", I am cancelling 🙂↔️😂. Please tell me this continues on!
Thank you to Octavia Grant, Kaylynn Hunt & Pretty Girls Do Read for the eARC in exchange for my honest review!
This quick psychological thriller had me guessing “who done it?” to the very end. (:::Cough cough::: Girl power 😂) I didn’t realize one of the MC’s was Shania from Hwy 725! I’m hoping that this becomes a series and we get more stories of her. If you haven’t read HWY 725, read that before picking this one up. It definitely will make it more enjoyable.

This was such a cool quick suspenseful novella lol. I was NOT expecting that. The plot twist had me stuck for like 10 minutes omg. I don't want to spoil anything so I'll keep this short, but I would've loved if this was just a smidge longer. I wanted to find out why Tamara's vision was the way it was, and just overall fill in some of those last little details. However this was truly suspenseful cause I had NO idea where it was going. Such a nice change of pace!
The premise of this book sounded interesting but it didn't quite deliver for me the way I hoped. I liked how the characters were introduced separately in the story but as they board the plan we learn that they are somehow connected to each other like six degrees of separation. When the first two deaths occurred it was kind of out of nowhere and there wasn't really much of a lead up into it. I understand there were some deaths that were put in there to kind of throw you off but it just seemed a little rushed. Then there was mention of one character as the possible culprit but that went nowhere so it was like what was the point of even bringing that up. When we finally do learn who the killer is, it didn't really feel like a big aha moment and the way it ended it just fell a little flat for me. Overall the book was okay but it didn't really have the buildup and twist that I like to see in thriller/suspense books.
Thank you to Pretty Girls Do Read for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.
Definitely had me on the edge of my seat.. everything was happening so quickly. I had to keep up with all these characters and how they were somehow connected lol
this book was messy, messy, and messy.
I didn’t read the first book Hwy725 but I will now because i want the backstory of one of the main characters.
This one was very intense. It was like playing a mystery detective game. Good thriller.
It would been a 4 star but that ending threw me off.
Turbulence ahead! More security screening and psyche evaluations were needed for the passengers of Flight 725, because they showed out on that plane! Octavia Grant and Kaylynn Hunt did and amazing job weaving messy relationships and high-stakes drama in the sky. The airplane setting is claustrophobic and perfect for the tension brewing between the characters as past lovers collide, strangers harbor dark secrets, and a series of mysterious deaths plunges the flight into chaos. This fast-paced thriller is perfect for fans of suspense and dramatic plot twists!
Follow your instincts at all times. These ladies have done it again with another twisted, unhinged story. This book had my mind going trying to figure out what was going on. Bravo!!
ATE THIS BOOK UPPP. Had me on the edge of my seat! Read it like a movie!! I had to take notes because EVERY ONE was SUS! Make sure you read the first one (Hwy725) before picking this one up. You will definitely get a better understanding of this one. These ladies did there big one with this one. I liked how we got different perspectives from everyone it made me question if I should take them off my killer list. This book had me asking my fiancée crazy questions😅😂
When someone tells you they have visions. Maybe you should believe them. You should also pay attention to the crazy people and looks that you encounter. It may just be some psychotic person listening to the people in they head.
When I say I ate this book up in one day! I ATE THIS BOOK UP IN ONE DAY!!! Octavia and Kaylynn is one deadly duo. Flight 725 was a nonstop throw ride honey from takeoff to touchdown because these two understood the assignment. The suspense was so real. I felt like I was playing a game of clue because everyone was guilty. imagine being stuck on a flight and then BOOM bodies after bodies keep getting dropped. If you are looking for your next read that is going to have you on the edge of your seat. Buckle up baby and get ready to get on FLIGHT 725 ✈️✈️✈️
Started and finished this in one sitting. A short thriller read with action from the very beginning and filled with suspense. Felt like I was reading a game of Clue, had me trying to figure out whodunnit lol. And I was still wrong in the end so y’all know that makes for a 5 ⭐️ for me!
If you’re looking for something quick and will keep you guessing I suggest downloading this to your Kindle now!!
Thank you to the authors & PrettyGirlsDoRead for the advanced copy.
This book was so flawlessly written you wouldn’t know it was two different authors cowriting it. This book was a wild flight from the first page till the last. Octavia and Kaylynn slam the throttle forward into gear and don’t let up until the end of the book. This book is full of drama, heart palpating scenes and will have you rushing to unpack your suitcase if you had a trip coming up. 😂. As someone who flies internationally a lot and on multiple planes. I will be checking the manifests and avoiding any flight with the number 725 😂
What in the Final Destination is going on? Messy, messy!
The suspense was suspensing. This felt like the games Clue with a bit of Guess Who. It was so many twists and turns. I couldn’t pinpoint who the culprit was. Every time you turned around, there was something happening.
My downside was that there were so many characters being introduced from left to right that it was hard trying to keep up. At times, I couldn’t focus because it would jump back and forth. Also, I do wish there was a better ending. It ended so abruptly that it felt rushed and incomplete.
In my opinion, Hwy 725 doesn’t have to be read before this, but if you want a better understanding and backstory on the main character, then start with that, then come back to this.
This is recommended for the booklovers who want a fast-paced thriller.
Thank you to PGDR for this ARC; all thoughts are my own.
Thank you Pretty Girls Do Read and the authors for the eARC!
Man, I didn't see that coming!!!! Talk about having my brain twisted because I just knew I had the ending figured out....... WRONG 😂
This thriller takes place during a flight that's headed to Los Angeles, when all of a sudden it's discovered a murderer is present and all hell breaks loose.....
As the body count rises, fear and suspicion fill the cramped cabin. The authors did a great job creating suspicious characters, making every passenger a potential culprit. The story builds non stop tension, showing the desperate race to find the killer before the plane lands but not without drama, of course!
Thank you Pretty Girls Do Read for the ARC copy! 🩷🔥
I'm always drawn to Octavia Grant's chaotic story telling, but this one fell a little short for me. I didn't realize until towards the ending that the main character Shania has a background story explained in the first book, HWY 725. I look forward to going back and maybe connecting some dots - I have the print edition ready to go! 😂
I loved the pieces of the character backgrounds before they got on the plane -it helped visualize how they would be experiencing this flight in different ways, but nothing could have prepared me for the way it ended. I kind of wish it was a little longer to unpack pack that final moment further...
There is murder and mayhem on Flight 725. But who is the killer? Are they on the flight? And will there be any survivors? The passengers on Flight 725 have about 3 hours to play who done it or they may just face death themselves.
WOW. This story had many twists and turns and I loved every second. I didn't know who I could trust and I surely didn't who was wreaking havoc on this flight. If you enjoy a short, fast pace book that is full of mystery, then I definitely recommend!
Thank you Pretty Girls Do Read, Octavia Grant, and Kaylynn Hunt for the ARC!
Thank you Pretty Girls Do Read for the ARC copy! 😍
Let me start with I love a good airplane thriller trope. Edge of your seat type thriller. Grant and Hunt are two of my favorites. There’s a lot going on during this flight from NY to CA! Many characters are introduced but I found myself getting lost in their stories. I was hoping Shaina from Hwy 725 was going to be similar in this book. The murders in the story seemed a bit incomplete, fast acting and sort of just happened. At times I found myself having to reread parts to follow along. Overall, it is a good story.
I loved it. It was twisted and unhinged just like you expect from Octavia Grant. My only critique would be that with so many characters introduced at times, for me, the story was hard to follow. I enjoyed it though. Definitely recommend reading.
I found the premise of this book very interesting and there were lots of elements that I enjoyed but overall it didn’t quite hit for me. If you are looking for a short and easy whodonit you may enjoy this.
The way everything unfolded and the connections between the people on the flight? Wild. It was messy in the best way and had me locked in from start to finish. Every time I thought I had something figured out, the story took another sharp left. I was on my toes the entire time.
Kaylynn and Octavia definitely understood the assignment. Again.
If chaos, drama, and unexpected twists are your thing…welcome aboard ✈️
The way this book took me through a whole Clue situation. I literally thought I knew, but I definitely didn't see the ending coming. It was a wild ride!
Chile this book had me on my toes. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. I really thought I had this figured out, baby was I wrong. Octavia and Kaylynn took you on a roller coaster all the way to the very end. I was excited to see Shania again. The way they tied every piece together was incredible
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Flight 725 had me side-eyein’ everybody 😭✈️ Bodies was droppin’, secrets was spillin’, and I ain’t trust NOBODY. Octavia had me guessin’ the whole time just to hit me with a twist I did not see comin’. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is I needed a lil more depth on some characters, but babyyy this plane ride was messy and I loved it. Quick, chaotic, and so damn fun.
